Villa Pizza

When I go to the mall, I don’t usually plan on eating a giant meal because I don’t want to drag it around with me everywhere when I can’t eat it all. Gold Star or Chik-​fil-​a are usually the perfect places to go, but not on this day apparently.
I can usually always fight the urge of the Chinese place samples or at the very least outrun them as they tempt me with their chicken on a tooth pick delicacy. I went with a friend and he worked at the mall for years, so all the food court crew know him pretty well and always vie for his attention and his dollars. Ok now I feel like I’m reviewing a strip club or something. haha
We perused our way through the food court and headed up to the lively counter of Villa Pizza to say hello to Tony. Once you talk to Tony you aren’t getting away without eating some of his amazing food. He is a great salesman that’s for sure. I think he could seriously sell ice to an Eskimo. I wasn’t even that hungry that day! Every woman that walks up is swooned by Tony and becomes his momentary pseudo girlfriend as they order. The guys are treated like a long time friend that he hasn’t seen in years.
On this visit he was convincing me to marry him so that I could be the breadwinner. He said he’d stay home to be the trophy husband and he’d cook and clean while I was at work. I assured Tony that he was a man after my heart. offering to cook and clean for me? I was ready to get down on one knee in the food court.
You see, for mall food. Villa Pizza is amazing. Tony is so charismatic and just an all around good guy. He cracks me up with his witty banter, and I laugh the whole time I’m there trying to order. He makes awesome suggestions. He is always trying to fatten me up when I go, and I’m sure that my gym appreciates that. but I’m trying to be good here!
There are many options, and usually with most meals you get a side of your choice and a garlic roll. The sides range from salads, veggies, more garlic rolls to a full dish of pasta! The drink was included as well and it cost me just around $ 8.00. I felt as if I took myself out on a date at Villa after ordering with Tony and had plenty left over for dinner that night too. It was worth carrying around the mall with me!
The food is really good and I was beyond surprised the first time I tried it. Obviously I enjoy joking with Tony too and that’s part of the deal but I would go to the mall just to have this place for dinner. The food is so rich and delicious. I automatically thought it’d be bland the first time I tried it so I was pleasantly surprised. If you go to visit make sure you go hungry! Your tummy will thank you!
