I was here for a consult with a friend and the doctors and staff were very professional, thorough, and prompt. The building has a charm that most newer medical facilities lack. The lower level waiting area has a plush black leather couch that I plopped down in and found quite comfortable. If only every waiting room had such niceties. I really liked all the vintage Cincinnati photos along the wall. There seemed to be free password protected WiFi, but I didn’t spend enough time in the waiting room to ask the receptionist about it. The exam rooms are current and modern. *Like most medical settings the attendant is now forced to sit in front of a computer and type in all the patient’s responses instead of sitting near and«connecting». I understand and appreciate the advances in EMR(electronic medical records) but at the same time wish that the barrier of technology could be decreased in this setting. Oh well… The doctor came in and was friendly yet professional and advised my friend with the balance and wisdom that many years of medical experience provides. I felt reassured and fine with the diagnosis and plan for future treatment.

Took my adult stepson here for two separate tests: an MRI and an EEG. The location has ample free parking; the only confusing issue is that if you have an evening appointment, you can’t use the side doors(must enter through main entrance). No wait at either visit. The staff was efficient and the process was speedy. In and out within a half hour or so for each test. I’m not sure if the facility is affiliated with The Christ Hospital or if they just referred us there.
