Wendy’s

The store looks remodeled the environment was a little more structured and the food tasted fresh. I do not know why they show a little refrigerator with fresh produce in it it looks more like a museum display. If they actually use the food from there they will go through it really quick it must be a merchandise our visual item. I did not experience any problems with the staff they were appropriate for the situation my order was prepared in time the food tasted pleasant it was not thrown together like other places do I actually open the bone up to look inside it and knows that the food was placed neatly on there some other places will swap stuff together and you can taste the hurriedness of the food. this is fast food from a nationwide chain the food was pleasant

I love how this location looks now that it’s been remodeled. My child is obsessed with their chicken sandwiches and I love the Coke Freestyle

Went through the drive-​thru. Efficient transaction, very polite, accurate order. This location was recently remodeled and is BEAUTIFUL!

Update: after remodel, they’ve improved considerably. Staff, management and food quality earned upgrade from 1 to 3 stars.

Location, Location… This one is poor. Okay, it sucks… The only Wendy’s in Cincy that’s worth a darn is in Milford (!). ((They are always fresh, hot, fries never over-​salted, etc.)) Why can’t, oh, never mind, good help is hard to find. Tri-​County/​FP is a Bermuda Triangle of poor restaurants.

This chain Nationwide is becoming known for horrible service. Hopefully they can figure it out and get it corrected.
