January 17, 2015 will forever be the day Kelly changed my life. Seriously. I cannot recommend her highly enough! Sure, everyone thinks their masseuse is the best and that their opinion is right — but in this case, Kelly’s superiority is an objective fact.
I purchased a Groupon this past summer for a 90-​minute aromatherapy massage. After a couple months of phone tag and miscommunication, I finally had an appointment. It was for after the Groupon expired, but Kelly said she would still honor the deal. That was the first sign that this would be a great experience.
I got a reminder email from Kelly the morning of my massage, arrived a couple minutes late, and was ready to go. I knew from the second Kelly opened the door and welcomed me in that it would be a wonderful time. I was not disappointed.
Kelly’s professionalism and friendliness were outshone only by her obvious love for her work. Her studio sets the mood perfectly — dim lights, relaxing music, calming aromas. Even the bathroom was totally zen.
My massage was perfect. I felt better after than I have in months — she really worked out all of my tension, and a lot of stress I didn’t even know ways there. I’ve already recommended Kelly to several people, and can’t wait to go back soon!

I had a 90 minute massage with Kelly a few days ago and it was GLORIOUS. She is absolutely wonderful and I felt fabulous afterwards.
This doesn’t affect my rating of Kelly, but my only complaint would be that there is a lot of background noise from the other people who work in the office space, but Kelly keeps it as quiet as possible and her spa music covers up most of the audible distractions.
If you’re looking for a top-​notch massage therapist, give Kelly a shot! I already scheduled my next appointment. :)

I purchased a groupon for a one hour session (Aromatherapy Swedish Massage) at a good price.
I emailed Kelly to book an appointment. She responded right away and was able to get me in within a week and a half. Very flexible with scheduling and great communication.
Wright Touch Spa is located in between Norwood/​Pleasant Ridge area across the street from Fith Third Bank and next to Pleasant Ridge Chili. Her business is in the Signature Beauty Lofts. She is Loft#9 which you will have to be buzzed in. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Kelly. Very professional and friendly. Kelly asked if there is any special instructions she needed to do (If you do not want your feet or other areas not massaged). I told her that I had a bad experience from a massage therapist which was a few years back. She was very rough and when I woke up the next morning, it felt like someone beat me with a baseball bat. I was super sore and haven’t got a massage since then. Kelly suggested the medium pressure and if it doesn’t feel right to let her know. I really liked the assurance.
She first started off with my head and worked on my back. The aromatherapy scent was chamomile (which really relaxed me). My favorite was the head massage. I had a tiny headache and a stressful week so that was very helpful. I loved that she massaged my legs and arms (I workout alot and noticed a difference in my muscles afterwards). Kelly pays attention to detail & makes sure that you are comfortable. I also want to add with the aromatherapy, there is music playing which is very soothing (you could really fall asleep). At the end of the session, I felt like a new person. She did a great job.
The room and sheets are clean. There is a restroom next to the massage bed which is very convenient.

I recently fell into the groupon craze & saw this great deal for a 90 minute massage with aromatherapy at Wright Touch Spa with Kelly. I have major lower back pain (I injured myself doing taekwondo when I was younger), and my shoulders were aching from long hours at work.
Several things I was really wary about – I’m still not familiar with the area yet, so I was really wary about where this place was located. This area isn’t like the BEST place to run a business, but it’s not too bad (the building in which this spa is held is the nicest one on the block). Parking is in the back of the building. Kelly shares space with other beauty service providers.
The actual loft is just a small room with a massage table (you can leave out the back door straight to the parking lot which is great). You don’t get to choose aromatherapy, but it’s definitely there via diffuser, and I thought it was great. It reminded me of something along the lines of eucalyptus and lavender. The sheets were clean, but a little damp – I wasn’t sure if it’s because it wasn’t dried out during laundry or because it was right under the diffuser.
Kelly is a very pleasant lady. She asked me if there were any specific parts she wanted me to focus on and whether I would feel uncomfortable about anything. She walks you through as if you’re a first timer and makes you feel really comfortable. I think that’s great considering I’m from a counseling background – it’s kind of essential you check in with your clients to meet their needs instead of automatically assuming things about them.
When I was in New York, I never thought I was going to find anything just as good as the Chinese ladies with their TuiNa magic in Flushing Chinatown, but wow I was surprised. My back hasn’t ached for two days (and going!) Other highlights was the freaking scalp and face massage… I could literally feel my stress melting away.
Normal price for a 90 minute massage is I think $ 85? I’m not sure if I’ve been spoiled by NYC prices, but I’m not sure if I can really afford that with my lovely school loans, but if my back REALLY bothers me, I’ll definitely go back to Kelly since I know she knows what she’s doing.
tl;dr service is great, location is small and no-​frills. groupon price was mindblowingly great for the service I received, but may be on the pricey side otherwise (I’m biased though).

I recently purchased a groupon for this place and overall I was VERY HAPPY! Kelly did a wonderful job! She focused on the areas I asked for and was able to find my knots and work them out without further direction from me. It was probably one of the best massages I’ve ever had. She was very professional and I would go back to her again.
Wright Touch is in a shared building with about 9 other businesses. There was no sign out front, so it was a little awkward to find. Once I focused on the address however, instead of a sign, I was able to get there no problem.
The only feedback I would give was that the groupon was for massage with aromatherapy. I didn’t get much of the aromatherapy part. Maybe I had different expectations vs reality. I was assuming she’d use a variety of scents and maybe talk me through what they do for me or something. She only used one scented oil, but I did write down that I have sensitive skin so maybe there was only one scented oil she could use on me. After 10 minutes on her table though, I didn’t even care about the scents anymore because the massage was so good :)
Overall, great experience and I would recommend this place to others.
