Terrible service. They consistently quote one delivery/service charge on the order page, and once your place your order, the receipt shows a delivery/service charge $ 2 higher. I have repeatedly called and emailed to have it sorted out, and have not received a call or email back from the company.

Zooted Delivery is fine when they actually deliver. Between Cincy Bites and Zooted I spent close to 3.5 hours waiting for food that would never come. Zooted called an HOUR AND A HALF after the order to say «Oh, sorry. Order is cancelled.» Like the other reviewer, I was also guaranteed a free delivery that never came through.
Both delivery services have failed catastrophically on occasion, so I would recommend calling after placing your order to make sure they’re actually planning to bring you food, lest you wind up hungry and option-less hours later.
