I visit this location about once every other week and the subs are great. I’ve even brought their«giant» sized subs to businesses that I call on. Personally, I always order the number 43(Chipotle Cheesesteak), but yesterday I ordered the 56 by mistake. The 56 includes jalapeño peppers, which I can’t eat. So after a few bites and realizing that I had made an error in my order, I politely asked the large dark-haired woman in her 20’s behind the counter(who is there every time I visit) if she could please make me a number 43 instead, because I just can’t eat jalapeño peppers. I then walked over to the trash can to dump the sub and I heard the woman say to her coworker that questioned why she was making a replacement sub, «this ***hole ordered the wrong number». When the sub was ready the woman tells her coworker at the register to charge me for the sub a second time. The woman made no mention that I would have to pay a second time(and I certainly didn’t expect that would be the case). When I told the woman that I was not going to pay a second time and that instead I now wanted a refund, her coworker opened the register and placed HALF of my money on the counter. The woman said because I had already eaten half of the sub, I only get half of a refund. What??? So after listening to the employee’s refer to me as «this ***hole» and then being told I would have to pay for the sub a second time, only after it was made… I was upset. I told the woman that I could tell she was definitely NOT the owner and that she doesn’t know **** about customer service. And what was her response? She screamed at me to leave the store. And when I said that I’d like to know who the owner is, she picked up the phone, dialed 911 and said that she needs to have a customer removed from her store. Again, what??? Now that’s a new experience for me, as I’ve never needed a police escort to leave any business. But her efforts weren’t necessary… as this location will NEVER see me or another dollar of my money ever again. And at the end of the day, when I go home to Moorestown and she goes home to Camden… we’re each where we belong.

I usually get from here when in the area, but today the clerk must have taken on more orders than they could handle because they messed mine up a little…

I was there for the first time! I loved. I brought my 2yr with me they didn’t have a children’s menu but when they server came over she us they offered grilled cheese chicken tenders for them in was really happy about that. The only thing I can say no so good the music was a tiny bit loud.

I have eaten here more times than I can count. Each time I walk in, I am promptly greeted by several employees. The sandwiches are made fresh to order, and very customizable with your choice of basic sandwich toppings. As a side note, the tomatoes are always crazy fresh — no matter what season it is — and so much better than the ones the big convenience store chain is using. We have eaten in and gotten take-out. Take-out orders are always correct. So are dine-in orders, for that matter. Busy workers are often out in the dining area cleaning tables or the drink dispensing area. Trash cans are frequently emptied. And they always restock the bags of chips on the display so there is an ample selection whenever you come in. I appreciate that. When they ask if you would like it «Mike’s Way,» that means no mayo but instead with an abundant and even application of oil and vinegar. It’s pretty darn good, actually. But you can get it with mayo instead, in addition, or dry if you like. I’ve had most of the cold hoagies, and they are all good. I’ve also had the grilled pastrami and what a nice sandwich if you like a hot reuben. It’s pure comfort food. Ahhhh.

Possibly the most vile sandwich masquerading as a hoagie I have ever encountered. Looking at the bricks of pink meat and sallow cheeses in the cooler should have tipped me off to bolt out the door before ordering. This masterpiece of inedibility was wrapped up in a tube of brown-covered cotton Jersey Mike’s called a roll. I threw their creation away halfway through half the«sandwich». The horror, the horror…

All things fair, the assessment is made at face value. This sandwich is a better-than-Subway/Not-as-good-as PrimoHoagies type of chain. I got a free coupon for a sandwich and gave it a go. It was tasty, lets be honest here it was tasty but it lacked a lot. The bread is rather weak. The meat was indeed fresh sliced. The gentleman making the sandwich actually was very nice in the store. Overall, staff was very cool but I wouldn’t return just simply because of the mediocrity. I’ll put it in lama’s terms. It is to hoagies/subs what Pizza Hut, Domino’s, and Papa John’s are to pizza. It’s a face value assessment.

If you got the free giant sub coupon in the mail, use it. Then come back to this great sub shop. Meat and cheeses sliced to order, fresh baked bread and crisp veggies in this truly huge hoagie. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I will definitely return.

I used to eat here almost every day when I worked just a few stores down. The staff are usually pretty nice, but I go back because of the food. I always get a regular club sub Mike’s way. The only other thing I’ve tried is the chipotle cheesesteak which is also really good, but I just love club sub too much to bother trying anything else. They have 3 sizes available the mini(aprox. 4 inches), the regular(6 inches), and the giant(10 inches). The portions are huge so I would only recommend the giant size if you’re starving or sharing. The mini is more than adequate for a meal. I’m usually full for the rest of the day if I get a regular. Certain sandwiches are only available in the regular or giant(like the cheesesteak). I’ve had to keep my hoagies for several hours before getting a chance to eat, and these hold up really well. The bread was only minimally soggy, but I don’t mind that too much. The rolls are really good and never stale. I do think it’s a bit pricey, but I’m ok with paying for good food.

They make great sandwiches here and always uses the freshest of ingredients! All lunch meat is cut to order which really makes a difference to me. The staff is so friendly and always willing to customize you’re order to how you want it. They make you feel welcomed and always have a smile on their faces.

My hoagie was pretty good. The roll was good quality and the meat was good. The place seemed clean and the workers were very efficient, the way one guy sliced the meat and handed it to the next guy to assemble the sandwich. Not a lot of choices on the menu.

This Jersey Mike’s location brought a free hoagie tray for our entire office shortly after their grand opening — which was very nice but unfortunately wasn’t very tasty. Today, I decided to give them another try and absolutely loved my classic Italian hoagie! All the ingredients were super fresh, and the bread was amazing.

I haven’t been in this actual spot, but we had a case of quarters hoagies delivered to our business in Moorestown last week. The told were soft and delicious, I was a huge fan of the blt hoagie. It was amazing. The Italian and turkey were pretty damn good too. The chick that dropped them off was super sweet and professional.

I stopped here on a whim. I was starving and we hadn’t eaten a good meal all day. So at 4 pm on a Monday it was time for something appealing. Pulled in saw the sign and said, why not! Whatever you do get your sub mikes way! The staff was awesome! I was full with a regular. I wish there was one closer to me! I love how they slice everything to order it’s what I’m used to NYC

Among the best hoagies we’ve ever had. Loved the freshness of all the ingredients and the very good roll. An assembly line of skilled sandwich-makers put your order together and pass it down toward check-out. It’s quick so don’t let a line discourage you. If there is seating there, we didn’t notice it. We got take-away and wanted to go back the next day.

First time tonight for dinner. Pleasantly surprised. VERY good hoagies(subs). I had a roost beef and provolone and my wife had a classic Italian. Fresh ingredients and the rolls are excellent. Bravo Mikes! We will be back
