Smoothie King

I had never been to a smoothie king before so I can honestly say I had no idea what I was in for. However I was pleasantly surprised. Slightly overwhelmed but surprised. They have like 18 billion different drink options and mix ins enough that you could probably order a different combination every day and never have the same one twice in a month. Now while some think this is great walking in with no idea what I wanted was a nightmare lol. Anyone’s I got the vegan banana chocolate one which was really good my girlfriend who always goes he reccomeneded it personally I was probably going to go with the hulk but to each his own lol. They don’t just sell smoothies though they sell different healthy types of jerkys cookies protein bars and plenty over other stuff so wether you are trying to eat healthy get some protein in you or generally just want a refreshing drink you should come here.

In the end the smoothies taste good but 20 minute wait in the drive thru for three cars? Everytime it’s like a 15 20 minute drive through wait, I don’t know the process inside the establishment but I wish they could speed things up

Great place for smoothies! Excellent customer service! Enjoyed our short visit picking out the perfect smoothie for each family member. Clean bathrooms and waiting area. Delicious smoothies! Will return!

I love love love that this is a drive-​thru location of Smoothie King. Really makes it easy to grab a smoothie and go. Plus, the staff is pretty nice and gives you the time you need to choose your smoothie. The little health store inside is a plus because they carry Clif bars in abundance (though it’s not at wholesale prices).
However, I find that Smoothie King products tends to be much more sugary than other joint and this is a big downer because I really prefer down-​to-​earth and natural ingredients without sugar or other things being added.
All in all, a good place to go on a hot day.

Some of the staff are really rude here! I don’t like the set up where you have to order at one end of the counter and take a ticket to the other end of the counter and pay at another register! Make it order and pay at 1 register!

As a serious fan of smoothies, it made me super stoked to discover this place right on my way to work! First off, they have a DRIVE-​THROUGH which makes swinging by here so easy, and the sizes cover a pretty serious range, from kids’ size (~$ 3) to large (~$ 8 and actually GINORMOUS. Their «small» is your average sized smoothie and will run you just shy of $ 5.) Lots of variety and incredibly friendly staff make this place even better.
If you’re serious about smoothies and end up liking Smoothie King, be sure to do two things: (1) Get a punch card! Buy 10 smoothies, get one free… and you get two punches on Tuesdays! (2) Consider purchasing the VIP card. For $ 20/​year, you get a free 20oz smoothie plus great discounts every day of the week that add up and quickly make the $ 20 worth it. (You also get an EXTRA punch on Tuesdays! WOOT!) If I were going to be in the area longer, I would totally have purchased one.
Why not 5 stars? The smoothies are a tad more sugary than I’m used to – not so «pure» tasting as Robek’s or some of the Jamba options, but perhaps after trying several more I will change my mind. :]
