it’s be over a week. These people wrote a response to make it look like they cared. Well here we are 10 days later. And they never contacted me after writing that. Well I just wanted to let my fellow Unilocalers know about the fake response from these people. Please beware of this company and there hidden fees and poor equipment they rent.

First the guy in the yard said we can get your trailer faster if you help me change the tire, witch I would but really come on… then the yard guys seem like they just hate there jobs or some thing. Bad experience

I recently went to Aba Daba for a trailer of concrete. The trailer was fairly clean and did not have a lot of old concrete stuck to the sides like some places. They also made a very good mix(not too diluted like some places) which makes the concrete set up stronger and less apt to crack. I liked that they used a forklift to pull the trailers out and position them under the concrete mixer. All you have to do is back up to the trailer so they can hook it up and then drive away. When you return the trailer, they disconnect it and move it back with the forklift as well so there isn’t any maneuvering involved. The old guy may seem rather unfriendly but he is the person that makes this the quality operation that it is. He is definitely an amazing character. I would highly recommend Aba Daba if you need a small amount of concrete.

I rented a wedding arch and guest book stand from Aba-Daba in Citrus Heights. When I picked up the rented equipment, they simply took the dusty and dirty displays and placed them in my van. I asked if I could paint them(to clean them up), they were indifferent. When I got them home, we realized that both sides of the arch had missing lattice pieces. To make a long story short, we had to rent the same arch and guest stand from Rent-Rite. Rent-Rite told us they always re-paint rented items upon return. We rented the same items for the same price and they were clean AND they provided moving pads to protect them. While Aba-Daba is on the approved rental list for Sunrise Parks and Recreation(for liability insurance), find a different company to rent what you need. Rent-Rite and America’s Party rentals were the two companies that saved my wedding day. UPDATE: To be fair, when I returned the arch and guest stand, they didn’t charge me. I asked why they gave me the display items and they said that they only have the items on the floor. They told me that their other location(not the old auburn and cook st location), had better quality party rentals. I asked why they didn’t have the other store transfer or have me pick up the items at the other store in the first place. No real reason was given. They might be fine for tool rentals at the Old Auburn & Cook location, but for wedding or party items, either try the other store and find another vendor.

We’ve used this Aba Daba for the last 12 years. We’ve rented party chairs as well as construction and yard equipment for remodeling our home and yard. Every time I rent equipment here I get smoking fast service with help loading and dropping off. The best thing about this business is the hard-working yard employees outside. I can’t even get out of my vehicle before someone is at my car window asking to help me. Best attitude around! Quite a jewel in a blue-collar city!

«Party Supplies»? Maybe. What Aba Daba primarily operates is a fantastic rental yard for Do-it-Yourself home improvement people and contractors. Ready-Mix concrete is available in small amounts, plus they will rent the mixer that you can bring home and mix your own concrete on site. Great variety of power yard equipment, such as tillers, tampers, tractors, Just about anything you could want for yard and construction work. Their office and showroom has a large variety of building supplies for sale. What sets Aba Daba apart from the competition is their great service, extremely competitive pricing, and like new equipment that they rent out. This is a local business, rather than a franchise of a large corporation. I rented a tamper today to compact the gravel for a retaining wall. I was in and out of the office in less than 5 minutes with my tamper, which worked flawlessly. Nobody could beat their price for a minimum day, and it was obvious the tamper was well cared for. Same great service on returning the unit, in and out super fast. My next rental will be for a rototiller from Aba Daba. They have great people working in the yard that will load and unload your rental for you and all of the equipment is full of fuel, ready to go. With their huge inventory of power tools and equipment, I can’t imagine anything that they would not have for any landscaping or construction job. Great experience in every way.

Category = «Party supplies»? While this place does rent tables, chairs, lawn umbrellas and barbecues, they mainly rent rototillers, tractors, cement mixers, lawn edgers, pneumatic drills, and the like. They also sell ready mix concrete. I think«landscaping» is the closest category Unilocal has available for this. There are some power tools that you don’t use often enough to justify buying. And Aba Daba Rentals is the place to go for them. They aren’t open all day on the weekends but the service is very helpful.
