Most burger king ice creams are 75¢ & made very nicely. This place charged $ 1& gave me a cone with a blob on top. Never coming back again.

Went to this location and ordered for my family. I felt I walked into a house party. Servers giving out free food to friends and their girlfriends. Checking out their phones like this wasn’t a business but more of a hang out. No manager that I saw in sight. Not to mention I think my chicken was undercooked and I think we got a small case of food poisoning. Definitely not a place I will visit again.

Just went there and the cashier tried to steal my change, twice! Then they were unable to give me part of my order and REFUSED to refund my cash payment. Thieves!!! Never again! The manager e-mailed me and offered me free whoppers. Really? What would I do with those? Go in so they can steal my money again?

The manager who was taking orders, handling money, etc. happened to be putting the food(such as burgers) together as well. What caught my attention was she wasn’t wearing gloves like she should have been doing due to all the germs handling money, etc. I complained and the employee just told me she’s the manager and told me that she PROBABLY washed her hands. To make a long story short, overall the employee didn’t seem a bit concerned and made it seem as if the manager was in charge and could do what she wants. It’s safe to say I’m NEVER going there again!

On my(rare) visits, I find the place clean, the staff friendly and efficient, and the service accurate. Unfortunately, a couple of days ago, I went there on a whim for a fish sandwich(takeout). I could taste nothing but salt in it. I don’t know if the cook over-salted the fish by hand or if the excess salt was already in the breading, but in either case, the salt obliterated all other flavors. It was a salt sandwich. It’s a fast-food restaurant, with all that implies. Fair enough. I rarely eat at any of those now. But when I do, I want flavors other than salt.

I never understood why people give fast food place such a bad review. I always think to myself, «what the f did you expect?» So you pay a few bucks for your food and you expect them to hold your d*** when you pee? No. They are entry level workers that are poorly compensated and just trying to make a living. Rant aside, I found the drive through pretty fast despite the wait time. I especially enjoy this location because of the variety in the area when passing through on the«50 corridor commute to Roseville.»

It’s a Burger King with the best fast-food burger ever — the Whopper. It’s a clean one though. I’ve been there twice; once for dine-in and another time for drive-thru. The lady at the drive was friendly and my order came out quick. Well worth a visit!
