Very tasty, every time I’ve been here the cinnamon rolls have been cooked to perfection (I usually just buy a 6 pack). None of them have ever been burnt or dry.
When I went yesterday, the girl who was ringing me up at the register was so sweet, when I told her what I wanted she said she would go grab me a package from the back since they’d just made them fresh and I watched another one of the gals ice them. She even offered me a free sample of the mocha, which I politely declined (I was on a mission!).
As far as «mall Cinnabons» go, I love coming to this location because it’s not nearly as crowded as more popular malls, which means a better selection of delicious cinnamon rolls!
EDIT: Despite what it says the hours of this place are on Sundays, know that they close at 7PM! Unilocal says they are open until 9PM, but that is NOT true for Sundays! :(

We don’t come here that often but it was a special treat after my kids saw Santa at the mall. I have never had as good of service as I did today. Sarah who was working was great. Very upbeat with a good attitude. Talked with my kids about how nice they looked for their pictures. The cinnamon roll was great like always. So very happy we decided to stop for our treat.

It is quite a dichotomy in that they have got the best cinnamon rolls I have ever had, but the customer service needs improvement.

Counter help was rude today. You could tell they did not want to be there and wished you were also not there. Center of the bun is good.

Absolutely TERRIBLE! I came in on 10/​16/​2013 at 5:50pm and asked for 2 mini cinnabons and a blended chocolate mocha.
The two workers (a young man and young woman) had absolutely no life to them. They were dull, rude, and SLOW.
On top of the poor customer service, my desserts were hard and cold.
Also, when I took a look at my receipt I noticed I was charged 3.99 for each MINI Cinnabon, rather than 2.99, the actual price. But I kept calm and didn’t bother to say anything.
Now that I’m writing this review, I totally wish I would’ve said something to receive a better tasting dessert at the right price.
