We’ve always liked this Coco’s and have probably been going here for 30 years. Our visit last night was more of the excellence that keeps bringing us back. The food is consistently good and our server Michael(whom we’ve had on multiple visits) is always friendly and remembers us from visit to visit. He did another great job attending to us last night and we had another great dinner, not to mention the yummy apple pie for desert.

Food was so-so, service was horrible. Our waiter just kept glaring at us after bringing the food because apparently his shift was ending and he couldn’t leave until we did. Maybe it would be better if we had a different server, but the last few times it’s been the same one. This was my last time going there.

awesome diner food. better than dennys at par with lumberjacks. a bunch of weirdos work there but that’s fine. the potato pancakes are delicious. they have many many pies that I have not ordered. but they look like they’d be good

We just got take out from Coco’s today on our way through. This was our first time at this particular Coco’s. The food was basically as good as the Coco’s we love in Lodi, except that my cheese on my burger looked like it was simply placed on top right before it was placed in the to go box. It wasn’t melted at all! The biggest difference for me, though, was the customer service. The service is slow and you have to work to get their attention… even once in the middle of ordering, believe it or not. I saw a couple of others with the same problem of trying to get the servers’(both the male and female servers) attention a couple of times, too(although I think I was the only one that lost his attention in the middle of an order… lol). When I ordered my burger without a bun, the waiter announced it to most of the restaurant and got a look on his face like he had never heard of something«so strange». I think this was one way of him trying to be funny, but since I hate being the center of attention… it didn’t have the desired affect. Also, the waiter would do much better if he wasn’t singing so loud all the time(and no, it wasn’t with the background music or anything… he was providing his own entertainment) and trying to be so funny(with what came across as a very dry sense of humor) the whole time you are trying to order and/or get it all together so you can get out of there. I usually have quite a bit of patience since I do have a son with Asperger’s(which I feel needs said, definitely does NOT appear to be an issue for this high-energy gentleman), but all of this was just a bit much…

I don’t eat food out a lot. And when I do if I happen to be in the area this place is pretty accommodating. The staff are very polite and good at their jobs. I especially like coming early before the crowd. I spoke with the manager when time regarding a fundraising event and although I got too busy and never followed up she was very polite as well. Today I am picking up breakfast for a relative. Dennis was very helpful. He has a very positive attitude and is very good at his job.

Best restaurant ever! –From my 8 year old who loved the waitress, Stevie! She is fun. To be fair the Pacific omelet was really good too. I’ll be ordering it again in the future.

LOVE this place! Great prices, quick and friendly service, great food. I’ve had both breakfast and lunch off of the menu and it all has been amazing! I take visiting family to eat here and they all love it too.

I will never go here again. The manager he was a ditz. He said he couldn’t give me a reciept cause I paid cash. What? Then someone showed him how to do it. Silverware, plates, and table were dirty. My 9 year old daughter said. Mom I’m ready to go

Awful service. Our waitress was Megan k. She did know the menu at all. Her excuse was that she works two jobs she she doesn’t have time for it. Which is weird because she is paid to know the menu. Food was ok. Wasn’t terrible wasn’t awesome. Won’t be going back because of the service. Gave it an extra star because the food was alright.

Hi. everybody. Just wanted to let everyone know that Coco’s is the place. The food is great. especially when Maynor the cook is cooking. Price’s are very reasonable. the fresh bread to die for. Michael the server. is a great guy. super friendly. attention to your satisfaction. always has coffee ready as well as drinks topped up. If the food is not perfect. It’s because Michael isn’t serving it. Overall the place has gotten way better. since new servers and staff. Hope you give it a try. and ask for Michael to be your server. and you’ll keep coming back. Thanks. Mike

Never been disappointed here. Been going with my grandma since I was little. It has almost a Denny’s feel but way better food for your price! It’s absolutely amazing. And the workers are nice and give it a home feel!

Yum. Breakfast –bacon and egg flatbread. I usually get the eggs and turkey sausage, but saw the picture of this item and was intrigued. It’s basically a breakfast pizza. Good balance of simple ingredients, and very filling. Hubs had the pacific scramble and it was quite satisfying. Great service too. Smiles all around.

Great restaurant for those who enjoy their dining experiences free from nagging waiters and overly cheerful employees! Loved not having a menu at all, made the table clear for more important things like the sign that says«Sorry we only provide water upon request» Fantastic dessert selection, as long as you like pie! Make sure to ask for the shake, it’s not on the menu, but they have a secret shake machine in the back fueled with vanilla frosting and chocolate milk. The ambience is also great, there’s hardly anybody ever here which makes it nice and quiet, like a haunted Applebee’s. All in all, could not recommend more, I left without feeling full at all!

Yay I finally found a Coco’s that hasn’t been shut down! I was sad to see all the Coco’s and Carrow’s be abruptly shut down a few months ago. I was so happy to find this one. Food is actually quite good, with several fresh and healthy choices if that’s what you want. And there are still the regular coffee shop treats like chicken fried steak. Make an effort to stop in and eat here so this one doesnt get shut down too!

This place has awful customer attentiveness. I walked in and the lady behind the pie display hid from me. Then two servers came out and said someone will be right with me. Finally, three full minutes later, the manager came out and sat two men who came in after us. Not happy. Please work on your customer service here, because I’ve loved cocos since I was a wee one and I don’t want this place to be on my poop list. Thank you.

Great place for breakfast. Are usually busy during the breakfast. Service is little slow as there are less servers. Food portions are good size and fresh.

IHOP who? This place has really good food, and a wide variety as well. The only thing is that when they are busy, expect a wait of at least 30 mins. It’s worth it though.
