I was driving by and decided to grab a Little Caesers pizza. When I was a kid Caesers was the best pizza and you got 2 pizza’s instead of just 1 where I grew up(Pizza! Pizza!). I have had Caesers pizza since then and was disappointed to only get 1 and to find the quality had diminished. I am sorry to say I am even more disappointed after this experience! If you look very closely at the picture I posted you can see I ordered a 3 topping pizza. You will have to hunt to find anything but pepperoni as they took a pepperoni pizza that was waiting to be baked and added very little ham and mushrooms and threw it in the oven. Each extra topping cost me $ 1.75!!! Does it look like I got my monies worth to you? The only good things about this pizza was the crispy crust and the great sauce that tastes the same as when I was younger! I am sorry to say I have had my last Little Caesers pizza as it has become a second class pizza joint!

Worst service and food ever. I get it. Its cheap pizza when you’re crunched for time but at least smile at me when you’re taking my $ 22 for a substandard product. Cashier/order girl was very rude. Kept interrupting and read the order back 3x and screwed it up each time. 2 combo pizzas took 30 min to make and the place was NOT busy. The girl and her pal in the back were more interested in their cell phones. Finally got the grub and took it home… about 5 blocks away. Opened the boxes and found the pizzas DRENCHED in sauce and the veggies burnt. Threw the whole mess away and headed out for burgers. Don’t go here. Ever.

Worst Little Ceasars I’ve been to. Last time I went there they gave me crazy bread that probably sat for 2 hours(like eating a tree branch). Just got back from there(picking up my free crazy bread) and the pizza was nasty and stale. They wanted me to bring the pizza back(not worth the gas money to do so). There are too many other choices like the Little Ceasars on Madison on Manzanita. I will NEVER go to this poorly run Little Ceasars again.

I got horrible service from worker named Deba. She was so rude that I even asked for her name to specifically write this review. And the cherry on the top was that she lied to me. While we were waiting for our pizza we saw a sign that said if they don’t ask if we want bread sticks, then you get bread sticks for free. I know she didn’t ask me, and we saw her ring up two other people and didn’t offer them bread sticks either. So we asked about the sign and we were nice about it and she told us that she did ask us. She lied to our face and it was just really rude. Going to be speaking to a manager soon.

The customer service is great, the pizza is GROSS! the only redeeming food here are the«bread sticks»! They can be «addicting», if you eat enough!

Clean store and prompt service. I was in and out with a large pepperoni pizza in less than five minutes. For $ 5.40 and under five minutes I couldn’t say no. And it was 100% fresh out of the oven.

If you advertise hot and ready… I should NOT have to sit here for 10 minutes waiting for my food :(I definitely won’t be back… this is ridiculous.

Deep deep pizza and cheese bread were good from here. I didn’t try the crazy bread, my friend said it was good. It’s Little Caesers, if its not burnt or raw I’m good with it.

Sometimes all you need is a quick, simple, inexpensive, $ 5.00 pepperoni pizza to satisfy the craving. My husband, son and I were cleaning and preparing for thanksgiving tomorrow and needed a fast lunch with no fuss. Perfect!

I’ve since gone back to this location several times, and have had significantly improved experiences. Thanks to the team there for really doing something about a customers concern!

This place was horrible! Not because of the food, but because of the bad bad bad customer service! I had been there once before because its close to my home and I had a bad experience, but since it has been months I figured maybe the customer service might have change. I was terribly mistaken. If you like to go places and get treated with disrespect and bad attitudes then this is the place to go. I had ordered there«meal deal» which the picture advertised a large pizza, crazy bread, soda, and the red sauce. When the rude lady handed me my order I realized there was no sauce so I asked her for it and she told me it was a courtesy and that I wasn’t paying for it… Which I didn’t understand since it was part of the ADVERTISEMENT!!! But I let it go. I had noticed that the sauce seemed really warm and was probably sitting out for a while. So I asked her if I could please get one that was a little fresher and possibly cold?!? She said no because I needed to pay about a dollar more… Even tho it was ADVERTISED!!! So then I asked her how long it had been sitting out and she said a few hours and that I could see the paper work if I wanted to!!! GROSS!!! So much for customer service!!! I felt like she didn’t want to be there and she didn’t care about her job let alone the customers!!! I’ve never walked into a place of business and felt so uncomfortable! I will personally never step foot in this place again!!!

Every Little Caesar’s is basically the same — average pizza at ultra cheap prices. The only thing setting them apart is the employees. At this particular store, the lady I talked to was friendly, helpful, and just overall awesome. I called the minute they opened on a Thursday and ordered four large pepperoni pizzas. She told me they would be ready in 7 minutes. Sure enough, when I got there 5 minutes later, she was just pulling them out of the oven and putting them in boxes. That’s efficiency. Throw in some cheese and pepper packets and some paper plates and this was a win. Where else can you get all that for under $ 25? That’s nearly cheaper than frozen pizza from the supermarket. Truthfully, I’d come here even if the service was bad.

I’ve been here a few times and officially won’t go back. Pepperoni pizza has not been ready once, always have to wait. Today pizza was overcooked which of course i didnt know it until i got home. One cashier was nice and was working while her coworkers walked around looking bored and snotty. Because she was nice I gave them two stars.

Why do you come to Little Caesars pizza? For hot and ready pizza. So when I came in there was nothing ready. I left not too happy. Lost out on multiple pizza order.

If you’ve ever been to any Little Caesers you’ve been to all. They are all pretty much the same. Cheap edible pizza that isn’t great but I’ve had worse. A pizza, pepperoni or cheese and a 2 liter soda will cost you less than an average lunch for one person. The difference is how the employees treat you and here so far I have to say is where they have the nicest employees. When hungry, in a hurry, don’t want to spend much I am definitely a fan.
