I have stopped by this location to donate items a few times and every time I come I have a friendly and pleasant experience.
I always drive up and park right in front of the entrance door and before I can get my trunk open there is already an employee coming out of the building with a cart to help me. This time it was Kimberly who helped me unload everything out of my trunk and offered me a receipt without me having to ask. She was great and made the whole experience very pleasant! The whole trip took two minutes max.
I will keep coming back here when I have items to donate because the service that the employees who work here give is outstanding!
