I had a good experience here. Nobody came up and bothered me when I was just looking around browsing, I like that.
After looking around bit I asked a few questions and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful at the counter. Very knowledgeable and even offered to help me with all of my growing endeavors since I am new. The staff also help me load my soil bags into my vehicle.
This is a true review. And I will go back again. I think some of the bad reviews here are just competitors because, I didn’t see anyone that looked tweaker-​ish. Lol

Straight up best hydro store around! Great prices, and all the employees are very knowledgeable and helpful, go in there with a good attitude and you will be very surprised on how well you get treated in return! I don’t know where the bad reviews are coming from, oh wait yeah I do… ROOKIES! Lol I’ve never had a problem with this shop, they always can work good deals to fit my budget! Truly happy customer here!

The guys that work at this store are DUMMMBBBB. They sit in the back of the store, long enough to where if I WANTED to steal anything, I would be able to. But FORTUNATELY I’m not that kind of person. You can hear them coughing and smell the weed coming off of them. SOOO Unprofessional.
Once they finally do come out, they just hover over you. (acting like you’re about to steal something) Its very frustrating. The store is NOT organized, NOT clean and NOT very friendly

Loved my shopping experience. Had a friend refer me because she loves this place and told me they have the best prices in town. I’m building a hydro vegi garden and was just needing prices for my build totals. One of the guys asked if I needed help within three minutes of walking into the door. He was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. Actually made a few recommendations to save me money on the products I needed. He spent about 15 or 20 minutes running me all around the store to check pricing on all of the products I needed.
I’ll definitely be returning here when I’m ready to buy.

So happy I found this place! The staff there is awesome! Helpful and VERY knowledgable. I am pretty new to growing, and the guys answered all of my questions and gave me tons of information. When I was done they helped me outside and loaded everything into my truck. I will definitely continue shopping here!

These guys turned my crops around and definitely have the best customer service around! I felt like I had been going to Greenthumb for years when I left. Over the last month my plants (house and vegetable) have exploded! Thank you guys for everything!

Well stocked, good location, but only a few items are priced and the employees seemed annoyed by the presence of customers– the fact they looked like tweakers didn’t help either. So, no prices and shady employees. This was only one experience, but it’s unlikely I’ll shop here again– too much competition in the area, so I’ll continue to search for a good shop.

Needed some nutrients the other day so gave them a call. The guy who answered the phone was very helpful and quoted me the price. I drove over and they helped me right away. Will continue to use them for my growing needs.

I’m still pretty new to this review thing but I have been making an effort to review the places that impact me the most be it good or bad.
I can most definitely say that this is probably the best hydro store I’ve ever been to in cali. i went in last saturday needing something to help my plants grow bigger and better (don’t we all??). I was pleasantly suprised when I went in to find a couple guys at the front desk actually willing to help me, I feel like a lot of places the staff is rude and not interested in helping. What i only assume was the manager approached me asking if i needed any help and told me about a few sales they were having. They seemed like they knew their stuff so I asked them a few questions I had about my plants. They gave me a TON of information to help and the nutrients I bought are working great! These guys seem like they are seriously knowledgeable about growing. And on top of it all this place has like ridiculously low prices. they gave me discounts I would never see at my normal shop.
I give Green Thumb 2 thumbs up!

I’ve been in here a few times. The employees aren’t all that friendly & don’t really acknowledge you unless you’re one of their friends/​regulars, or you’ve been standing there for like 10 minutes waiting. If there’s not that many people there they will help you pretty quickly though. I’ve never really tested their knowledge, hopefully they know their stuff if I ever do need help. Nothing here is priced, which is annoying. They can play the pricing game & charge you whatever. I really do wish they would price their products. It’s frustrating walking around & having no idea what things cost. They have a decent selection though. Sometimes things are cheaper here than at other places & they are close to where I live so I will definitely be back.
