Horrible service, and even worst cut. When I called to asked if I have to make an appointment. They say yes, so we made an 11:00 appointment. Arrive at 10:50, didn’t get my hair cut until 11:20 but they cut someone else hair before me which didn’t an appointment, but came in after me because they were their usual. What’s the point of making an appointment, if they don’t honor it. Then the old guy ask me who was next. I said I was. I was very skeptical about him knowing how to cut female hair. He said he did. Let just say he doesn’t. Worst hair cut in my life. Now I have to go get my hair redone.

I love my hair. Got the best Perm. I will return, I like the prices and there quick.

Friendly but their wax services were not great. I still had wax on when I got home…

Came to i salon a while back, staff was very friendly! First time in many years a salon cut my hair exactly how I wanted, actually came out better than the picture I showed the lady. Awesome, I will definitely be back soon!

Chris does my hair EXACTLY how I ask every single time I come in here. That’s so crucial to me! He’s precise as well as fast. I will definitely keep coming back!

My first experience at iSalon was great. An older gentleman cut my hair, and I was able to leave within 30 minutes with the style that I had asked for at a reasonable price.
I came back again in April. What a huge mistake. There were two women available: Brenda, who was already working on a client, and another lady. I have long hair, and asked the other woman for a three-​inch cut and some layers. Not too difficult, right? Wrong. The results were terrible. The overall length that she cut was fine, but the layers were uneven and WAY too short (at ear-​level). I complained about the length of the layers. Her response was, «You asked me to cut three inches, and that’s what I did.» (Yes, three inches of my hair, but clearly, you cut more than that with my layers, genius.)
Looking in the mirror, I realized that she gave me the same awful shag hairstyle that she had. She didn’t even bother to apologize. So, I left with worst haircut that I’ve ever had.
Four months later, and I’m still trying to grow this out.

This place is amazing! A little on the pricy side if you’re used to a $ 17 fill special, but it’s SO WORTH IT! I went in very upset because I had my nails done a week prior and they lifted horribly after A WEEK! It was a cheap job by that salon, and I was very disappointed. So I went into iSalon and they fixed my nails and squeezed me in without any delay at all! I got a fill for $ 23 and was so impressed that I let them have a $ 7 tip! Excellent service and job!

This business is new. (iSalon — Full Service Hair Salon) I think maybe 3 – 4 months old. Last time I got a haircut, it cost me $ 16 and that’s for your basic #2 cut which takes about 2 – 3 minutes for an experienced barber. This place was advertising haircuts for $ 8 and also right next to a Starbucks at Sylvan Corner. Haircut was well done and I have a %20 tip for the guy who did it. Didn’t see anyone else in the place, but it is clean and looks like they just need to build up a customer base. Wish them well. Oh — looks like they do hair and nails. The nail Salon looks to be next door but I believe they are connected.
