I have been to this Panera numerous times on Sunday mornings. Every time, without fail, they have no soufflés. The pastries are very limited and this morning, they ran out of egg whites for the sandwiches. Now, this is at 9 am. This has happened every time. I could understand maybe once. I have to say that this reflects extremely poor management and would probably result in a loss of money for Panera. They obviously do not care. Well, this is it. Until there is a management change and they are able to serve what is on the menu, we are done with this Panera.

My boyfriend and I came here for lunch today and really enjoyed it. I ordered a turkey bacon bravo and my boyfriend ordered the broccoli cheddar soup. I really liked my sandwich and the chips it came with, no complaints. I’ll say the food was ready really quick and they gave us this cool pager that went off to let us know our food was ready. We also enjoyed the comfy seats and environment. I gave four stars because for the amount of food you get it was pricey.

Panera is one of our go-to places for lunch. This location is the one we come to most often, cause it’s close to the house. Service is always pretty good and the food is consistently good as well.

If you go to Panera Bread, make sure you become a «My Panera» member. It is free and gives you all kinds of perks! This month it is a free bagel EVERYDAY in April! At $ 1.39 a bagel, that’s a great(over $ 40!) perk! The breakfast quiches are just the right size and price, bagels are always served sliced and toasted if you choose, soups have a fresh, homemade taste no matter what kind you get, salads are flavorful and fresh, sandwiches filling and served with your choice of fruit or chips. There are always seasonal specials on the menu and in the bakery. The ambience is relaxed, wifi available and staff pleasant.

Panera just CAN’T GETITRIGHT! My husband went to get us dinner last Friday ordering 2 soup bowls, a whole sandwich, 1 bread bowl, and 2 bags of chips. What we actually got: 1 soup bowl, 1 cup of soup, bread bowl, sandwich. Tonight, my husband goes again to get us the same thing as above minus the bread bowl. He also made a point to mention the error they made last time since«accuracy matters». They apologized and said they would give us a free bowl of soup. Fast forward to when he gets home and unpacks the bag. 1 soup bowl, 1 sandwich, 1 bag of chips. I mean, COMEON! Clearly accuracy doesn’t matter that much to you if you don’t pride yourself on being accurate. All I have left to say is that I’m glad we’re moving soon because I can’t put up with habitual mediocrity at this panera location anymore.

We love Panera. We really do. Quick easy healthy meals for the family with a lot of variety. We’ve visited the drive thu and in store and we’ve always had our order right and friendly people at the register. The other patrons usually seem happy to be there as well, which promotes a great environment to enjoy your meal in.

So I guess panera bread likes to hike their prices quite regularly. What used to be 6 – 7 dollars for a half and half literally 2 weeks ago is now 11 dollars!!! 11 dollars for barely a scrap of food… Definitely NOTWORTHIT!!! This is why America is fat… Healthier choices are the most expensive. Way to go America.

I don’t think there’s anything bad to say about this location. The staff is awesome and the service is quick and consistent. I’ve rarely had problems. I love the cinnamon crunch bagel and jalepeno cheddar bagel!

Almost every time I come to this Panera, the customer service is horribly rude. I asked for a quinoa salad with balsamic vinaigrette and a low-fat black bean soup. I asked to make sure she got the balsamic vinaigrette replacement on lock and she was all, «YEAH. I GOTIT.» in a REALLY snappy tone of voice. Come to find out she didn’t because my dressing was a dressing with dairy that I could not eat. Also, she got my soup wrong, which was supposed to give me the protein I need since I am vegan and now I have a headache from lack of protein. I know she did it on purpose just to spite me. I would give them one star, but when I called in to complain the manager offered me a free meal next time I come in… Which was really nice and awesome

Arrived there right before closing, the clerk had her back to me for a few minutes. I simply waited since she looked busy. She then turned after what seemed like 5 minutes and asked if I was there for donations. I said no I wanted to order, she replied oh were closed. I then walked out and looked at the time in my car and it was 9:02pm, which means they must have closed early and I was at the counter before 9pm. Poor customer service even if I walked at closing time their lobby was full of customers.

You know, I did like this place, but the food was just priced a bit to high for what you get. There was a lot of filler stuff in my sandwich and not that much meat and it was quite disappointing. I was hoping to find a place to bring clients for meetings, but after this experience I don’t want to take the chance.

I was kind of let down by my meal here today. I was really excited about having soup on this chilly fall morning, but alas I was too early and opted for the You-Pick-Two of turkey avocado BLT and avocado cobb salad, with a side of chips to-go. All of my food just felt so limp and mushed together. I’ve had these items before and don’t recall it looking and tasting so blech. The salad pre-dressing was kind of damp, like it had already been sitting out for a while and the sandwich too. The plain white bread was a actually a bit soggy. Overall, below par.

Great staff great location even though I miss Krispy Kreme donuts ha ha Ha but really this location has a great staff m. They are very friendly and personable! Not to mention they are very well trained I really wish they still had the artichoke Panini but it’s all good! This location gets four stars because when I went to the bathroom they had no paper towels that were stocked so I had to use my own shirt to dry my hands off.

This is my favorite restaurant but this location is the worst I’ve been to. Unfriendly cashiers get hired here. Is the manager in a bad mood when hiring? I mean, like attracts like, so… They never get orders correctly, I am literally sitting here watching every single person complain that the order is wrong. Isn’t this a HUGE clue that someone is screwing up? I will avoid this location from now on. I’m realizing this is due to bad management. I’ll do the long drive into Roseville Panera from now on.

Bread of course(which they specialize in) is usually good especially in the morning when it’s freshly baked! Their chicken panini sandwiches are so good! Turkey panini was !!! That’s all I had to say about it. Don’t recommend! Also cinnamon bun was Was soggy and didn’t have the perfect balance of crunchiness on the outside and perfect softness with the cinnamon fresh flavor on the inside. Would not recommend it to anyone. Waste of money

Stopped by for a little breakfast. They were busy, but the wait wasn’t long. Ordered the ham and cheese power sandwich for $ 4.19. It was good for a healthier option. They have a lot of options and breakfast available until 10:30 on weekdays and until 11 on weekends. I will be back again when I am in the area.

Came in a few times and it was almost to busy to enjoy. They actually have a ton of bread and snacks behind the counter! I always get the soup in a bread bowl! It taste amazing and you do get the choice of sides! I usually skip the option of getting chips and swap out for an apple instead! They also have teas that you can get instead of soda too! You can usually add a cookie or sweet treat to any meal for a dollar! The place is usually pretty clean. Unless you catch them on a day when it is so busy that you can’t seem to find a place to sit. They usually have outdoor seating too which is perfect for the days when it’s really not too hot outside! It’s really not a bad place for a chain restaurant. I would take it over a lot of other fast food options any day!

I’m such a picky eater. I have only been inside panera bread a handful of times, typically fit coffee. I have only ever ate a bread bowl/chicken soup dish there once(yummy and filing) and I have had a few bagels over the years. Tonight I went in determined to try something new. The broth bowls. So standing in line, trying to read menus and nutrition menus.. having to let 3 customers ahead of me since I am so decisive. Long story short, they got another crew member from the back to answer all my questions and to find something delicious. Friendly staff, pleasant surroundings, convinnient location and I was out the door with my lentil quinoa broth bowl in under 3 min(after I ordered of course)

I come here more often than I should. I have a Panera addiction. I have a problem. I usually go through the drive thru after work in the evenings, I have never come to this location any other time than the evenings really but each time I have a delightful experience. I LOVE that this location has a drive thru. Call me lazy, but I just love the convenience if I am on the go and I had not heard of a drive thru Panera before this one. Every employee I have dealt with in the drive thru has been polite and offered great customer service. In particular Steven is an individual who I see quite often and he remembers me(in a friendly way, not a creepy stalker way) and he always makes me smile. He is the epitome of friendly customer service. I worked 4 years of retail before graduating college and entering the corporate world and I am amazed at his ability to be so genuinely polite, caring, and helpful. On occasion he has thrown in a free pastry or cookie, not sure if they were going to throw them out anyway or if he was making up for something else such as a wait time, I have never been dissatisfied but rather delighted by these occasional surprises(they were rare, so hopefully the manager doesn’t read this and think he’s getting out of hand because he is by far your best employee!) I really enjoy coming to this location and often drive from Arden Arcade area(call me crazy) just to visit this location. Thank you Steven!!!
