Raquel M is so talented and easy to work with! She takes the time to get the right shot and I love her work! She’s been our family photographer for years and will be for years to come!

Looking to get some family pictures taken, I found Raquel M’s page on Unilocal.After reading a few of her great review I decided to give her a call. She was very quick responding to my message and set us up with a date.
We’ve had taken family pictures in a studio setting but never outdoors. I explained to Raquel the type of pictures we wanted to take and even sent in a few examples I found on pintrest. She asked if I had a location in mind and I told her of a few. She suggested the Folsom Powerhouse and decided to meet there.
We arrived the early that morning and she was already there waiting for us. She took us to a couple of locations around the park and started taking pictures both candid and posed. She was super good with my rambunctious 2 year since she has a little one of her own. Was very patient and made us laugh and feel very comfortable.
We got the images in a little more than a week. We loved all the images so much that we decided to purchase the whole shoot. I can not say enough good thing about Raquel M’s photography. I think we have found our family photographer. Thank you so much for capturing this time in our lives so perfectly Raquel!

Raquel was amazing to work with for our engagement photoshoot. She not only scouted a beautiful location that was perfect for us, but she also passed along tips on makeup and wardrobe selection. We had such difficulty narrowing down our favorite photos that we decided to purchase all of them! Not only do we have them framed around the house, but we will be using them for our save the date cards. We can’t wait to see our wedding photos!!! I highly recommend Raquel for any occasion.

Raquel is the best. I enjoyed working with her so much from start to finish. She took the extra time to get us amazing family pictures and worked with a unpredictable toddler and dog. The pictures were for my daughter’s first birthday and our holiday card. They turned out great and she got them done with a quick turn around so I could have them for my daughters party the next week. I found her on groupon but definitely found a photographer for years to come!

WOW! I wish I could give her 100 stars for our photoshoot! Raquel has a great way of taking a person who wants some nifty photos but has no idea how to pose, look etc. and is nervous about the whole thing and making it all just work. All I knew was that I wanted some pictures done of my goddaughter in a Tiffany & Co. dress along with some casual shots. The whole shoot was done in 30 minutes and you would never guess that it was all taken at one local park.
My goddaughter can be shy and Raquel knew exactly what to do to make her come out of her shell and show her fun & cute personality in the shots. She is just amazing at what she does, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. If you were thinking about booking her– do it! But well in advance, because she’s really good, and really busy!
