The person with the expired beer needs to learn how to read, because that was the day it was made… Stupid…

As I waited in line I saw a poster that said something like if it’s your first time getting a new prescription, the pharmacist will go over it with you. The pharmacy tech who helped me was busy talking to another customer in line, and tapped on the pinpad screen that said I declined to speak with anyone and had me sign. I never even had a chance to speak with the pharmacist about my new medication. Tip: pay more attention to the task at hand.

The staff at this location is so snobby! Clearly they don’t like their job. I come in frequently because I live down the street and they always seem so miserable. I wanted to eat ice cream, but they closed it down at five. How are you going to close ice cream when it’s over 100 outside?! I bought a pack of beer, came home and it was EXPIRED! Please check your products before you sell them. I told them what happened when I came back, but they did not seem to care. Probably because they don’t care about their job in general or the customers that come through. I went to come in at 9:50 pm the other day and they had already locked he doors, although the door says the close at 10. When I asked why I could get what I needed, I was told that their registers are timed differently and already are off. Sounds like a bunch of BS. Spend a couple bucks extra in gas, go to Walgreens up the street. They even have a red box and are open late!

Went in for some ice cream yesterday and was disgusted! Dead flies inside the case. And the«manager» was very rude. She was mad that she had walked from the back to serve us and that we didn’t want Ice Cream after all. Well duh of course we didn’t! Keep the glass closed to prevent flies flying in the ice cream case and learn some customer service skills! I will stick to the one on Sunrise Blvd.

TERRIBLE customer service. This experience was about a year ago… We(two friends, my pregnant self any my two year old son) arrived at 7:50 pm and stood at the ice cream counter waiting for service. The rude lady at the register by the front door kept looking our way and mumbling something to her co-worker at the next register. They were both NOT helping anyone, just standing there giving us dirty looks. After about 5 minutes of waiting, my friend politely asked if someone could please help us and the lady said«Ice Cream is closed». She rolled her eyes and turned her back to us. My friend said«Excuse me, we have been standing here for 5 minutes and the sign says it closes at 8:00. It’s not 8:00 yet.» The lady at the register turned back around and said«We closed the ice cream counter at 7:30 tonight». Again, she rolled her eyes and turned her back to us. So we asked for the manager who just so happened to be walking out. We explained what happened and the rude lady at the counter threw up her hands and said«I’m off in 5 minutes, I am NOT helping them». The manager went to the ice cream counter and helped us. She wasn’t friendly but she did her job and helped us. Every single time I have returned to this Rite Aid the women who work here have been extremely rude to me. They all roll their eyes and act like they hate their job, which I am sure they do. I only gave it a 2 star rating because of its convenient location in my neighborhood. I come in here about twice a month for small things and ice cream for my kids. And I dread coming in each time.

Absolute worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Total disregard for customer service and incompetence reigns supreme. Also the health department needs to take a look at their ice cream service station. The credit card machine was so filthy the buttons were sticking. They actually refused to give me my husband’s prescription because they spelled the last name wrong and said he wasn’t «in the system» therefore he had no insurance. When I changed pharmacies they showed me how they had the last name spelled and had refused to believe that I had spelled it correctly. Excuse me! Absolute idiots!!!

I live in Carmichael but I go this Rite Aid a lot because I like it so much better than the one by my house. The staff is friendly and professional. They make you feel like an old friend when you walk in.

Pharmacy staff knows my family by name. Friendly staff. Great deals, ice cream. Oh, and in a medicine emergency, they make sure you get your supplies.

Rite Aid is a convenient place to get information from a Certified Agent about the Affordable Care Act A.K.A. Obamacare or Covered California as it is in our state. If you are looking for free health insurance or affordable health insurance, through the California health insurance exchange check with your local Rite Aid or contact a local agent near you today.

Located next to a 24 Hour Fitness on Auburn and Van Maren. Ride Aid, there’s nothing really going for them but convenience. Oh, and their Thrifty Ice Cream Counter was empty. What’s up with that?
