CVS/Pharmacy

Just tried this location tonight (I usually go to EDH location) and they were wonderful. The pharmacist, Derek, was very helpful and even spoke with me about my thoughts against flu shots. Anyway, one such person like myself normally wouldn’t review something like this but they stood out to me. I’ll be transferring my prescriptions down here from now on!

So many people working in the pharmacy, and employees just walking back and forth behind the counter smiling at me, with nothing to do, but I’ve been waiting for my prescription for 40 minutes now.

Never fill your prescription at this pharmacy. This horrible cvs filled my prescription when I never asked them to and gave me the wrong medicine at that. They are unwilling to give me the correct medicine or my prescription back so I can get the correct medicine else where. What pharmacy wants their patients to get sick from taking the wrong medicine they never asked for. Melanie Y Francisco was the pharmacist who gives customers wrong medicine. Watch out for this death dealer. She wants her patients to get sick and die. Shame on you cvs.

My wife came here to purchase a package of DayQuil cold medicine. Got home and found the sealed package was missing capsules — half a card already punched out and used. She immediately took them back and, while her money was refunded, it was done so by the cashier in a very «we don’t really care» manner. Upon looking for a replacement, we found that many of the products shelved were expired. Again, the employees here had no problem showing that they just didn’t care. Won’t be returning to this location, especially with another drugstore right down the street. Goodbye, CVS… hello Walgreens.

Went to fill a prescription. It’s the last time I’ll be using this pharmacy. Very rude pharmacist, acted very condescending. When I found out my insurance had changed the delivery policy on me, pharmacist treated me like I was an idiot and had no idea why I didn’t already know. Add in the store’s poor selection and I think it’s safe to say I’ll be using Walgreens from now on.

This store has very poor customer service and they will NEVER fill your prescription when they say they will. Then they just lie about there mistakes. They could care less about providing honest caring services. If you want good customer service don’t come here!!!

I tried to fill my prescription online through the cvs website. I filled them Friday and the scheduled pick up time was for Saturday late afternoon. Well I didn’t get around to pick it up by Saturday so i went Sunday night. Somehow the prescription hadn’t been filled I explained I had done it online and it hadn’t gone through. They told me it would be about 15 minutes to fill so I parked and walked next door to Safeway. Right after entering Safeway I get a text saying it’s ready. When I eventually go back over there, the line is ridiculous and they weren’t even short staffed. There were only 2 associates helping and about 5 people back there. We waited for awhile and when I explained the situation again, they tried to say that it was probably an issue with my insurance and that’s why it didn’t work online. I proceeded to say that I have gotten this prescription before and there has never been a problem but he proceeded to argue with me. I also have an issue anytime I try to use my cvs card it won’t come up with my phone number even though it use to.

TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE, WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!!! I dropped off my prescription at 1:00 and they said the pharmacist was on lunch and would not be back for for forty five min, and to come back at three. So I come back at the appointed time and the lady at the counter says that she couldn’t find my Rx That no one put it in the system and I would have to come back in 30 more min. Very very irritated at this point and need my meds because I’m extremely uncomfortable. So I go back again third time have to wait in a looong line and finally get my RX. This poor gentleman was waiting in line as well he had been waiting for over 45 min & was very irate & so he took his RX elsewhere. This pharmacy is very unprofessional, with so many workers behind the counter how hard is it to fill Prescriptions in a timely manner & send people on their merry lil way. Apparently it’s way too difficult for these people ugh!

This is the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever been to! Be prepared to wait atleast 30 mins up to an hour in line, even if your the 1^st person in it. They’ve given me the wrong prescriptions twice and overcharged me. Needless to say, I will never return to this pharmacy again. Rite Aide has been great!

I was only purchasing one item. I hate the sales they have that require you to purchase one item at full price in order to get a second for 50% off.
The store was a little messy, but the cashier was very friendly and helpful. I was in there and out of there in under 5 minutes.

This is a typical drugstore. They sell all the things you would expect. I tend to buy hair products here. Their prices can be high but sometimes they have stuff on sale which makes it a bit better. One thing is when you buy the items, you usually get a ton of coupons for their store. I have not ever used any though as they are not that great. This store does sell one hair mask that I can’t find anywhere else so I come here for that. They do have alcohol here (wine and beer). The beer selection is small but their wine selection looked a bit bigger when I walked by. I’ve had some interesting experiences here. One time two women started fighting in one of the aisles. They were really yelling at each other and calling each other names. The clerk intervened and settled it. Another time, I was behind a woman who was buying about 100 different candy bars. It ended up taking some time as there was just so much candy! The clerk worked as fast as possible though. I have returned items here too with no issue. As long as you have your receipt, they will take items back. Assuming they weren’t opened that is. Overall, I like this store for some of the products I can find here. Also its pretty convenient that its right near Safeway so you can do the rest of your grocery shopping right next door. Not saying I like Safeway though. I do shop there sometimes though due to the convenience factor. Oh and they do have a pharmacy here where you can fill prescriptions. I’ve never used it though since my health insurance has its own pharmacies and won’t allow me to fill my prescriptions elsewhere. It does seem like it could be convenient to fill your prescriptions while you shop though.

Cool location & it’s right next to Safeway. You can do all your shopping all in one parking lot. Fresh!!!
