My favorite Starbucks location. They recently went through a remodel and took over the empty suite next to them, doubling their size. Where they used to be small and cramped, now they’re large and roomy. They keep their temperature reasonable(some locations feel like you’re in a refrigerator), and their music at a comfortable level instead of blasting it. Besides this, they have all the same things other Starbucks do. I don’t think they have a clover machine.

This is my go to Starbucks when I want some peace and quiet — plenty of seating, never too crowded or loud. Staff is friendly and efficient. One minor complaint: parking sucks.

This Starbucks location is convenient for me if I happen to be going shopping at Safeway or CVS which are right near it. I’ve been here several times. I do mostly just buy coffee beans here to use at home. I have not ordered any drink here or purchased any food here. I feel the workers here do a good job at customer service. I also felt this Starbucks was clean and organized. Overall, it seems like a well managed Starbucks. It has never been crowded here when I’ve been to this Starbucks location. However, I tend to only be here during daytime on weekdays. I likely will come back here periodically to buy coffee beans or possibly one of their drinks.

I love my Starbucks I’m normally a daily person for it, but this location pushed me to go try Dutch bros after the 7 times I went to this Starbucks and having 4 bad experiences, I won’t be back. And it’s on my way to work so it would have been ideal. But charging me the wrong amount, giving me the wrong drink, forgetting the extra shots I had to pay for and the wait time because the guy was flirting with the cars in front… No I won’t give names or dates and times, I just simply hope this Starbucks gets it together. If you go inside that’s where I had the 3 good experiences.

This locations screws up my order EVERY time. This is the 2nd day in a row that they either screwed up my order or let me order without knowing they were out of things. They screwed up yesterday but I really wanted to give this location another chance today because they’re nearby me and theres not too much traffic around there but wow… On BOTH days, I had a guy(2 different guys, one with short hair and the other with a nasty looking pony tail/wannabe manbun) taking my order in a sarcastic and rude tone. What they find to be funny is extremely rude and obnoxious. The one I had today with the crappy pony tail/manbun was seriously rude. Yesterday they had 2 different guys ask me for my order 4 times. and it was ONEDRINK. They’re obviously lacking supervision. Today, all I wanted was to fulfill a craving for a Strawberry smoothie with a double shot. I order up and pull up to the window to find out they can’t make my strawberry smoothie. Guys. Inventory isn’t difficult. Why are we allowing customers order things we don’t have? This is BASIC inventory and customer service is SEVERELYLACKING. Basic service is to tell the customer when they’re ordering, that they aren’t able to make the order, why can’t you just stay on top of inventory? Warning to all: If you want to be disrespected and annoyed with a high chance of a screwed up drink order, DONOTCOMEHERE. You’re better off going to the location inside the Safeway. The guys that work here at the Drive Thru are EXTREMELY rude and borderline racist. Blowing me off with«yeah okay guy» when i’m ordering in a short manner, is NOT how I expect to be treated when my hard earned money goes into paying your checks. The management here needs to retrain their staff of customer service.

Ever since they re-opened this store has the slowest service. Frequently my order is messed up or delayed. The people then just apologize snarkily with no offer to «make it right» like Starbucks promises. I thought it was just growing pains, new team, etc so I gave it a few tries. Now I’ll just drive the extra mile to Dutch Bros. At least those people are happy.

Can I be the first to review the new makeover and just say– amazing??? This is the best Starbucks around thank you who ever is responsible for this renovation! Tons of study space, chill space, and a big outdoor patio now! Plus the baristas at this location are always extra nice and chatty!

I absolutely love coming to this Starbucks, but only when certain people are working! After being a regular customer(stopping here every single day), I stopped coming to this location when they hired on their manager, Deena. She made the environment almost intolerable. She always seemed irritated, snobby and you could tell that she created stress among the other baristas. She lightened up a little after being there, but she just completely changed the whole store in a negative aspect. No disrespect, but I’m glad she transferred again! Some of the baristas I truly love! I don’t remember all of their names, but Ellie stands out the most! Her work ethic is phenomenal. I used to get a hazelnut macchiato with the whole shebang added, but they stopped carrying a specific syrup! I had always had this same drink and hate trying new things, but she recommended the Marble Mocha Macchiato and OMGWASITAMAZING!!! She is always so friendly, helpful and can turn anyone’s day around! She even writes little notes on my cup! She truly makes my experience!

This is a nice little location next to CVS at Madison and Dewey. It is kinda hit and miss on the drinks here. I had a chai tea one time and the girl didn’t know how to make it and she had automatically put a shot of espresso in it!!! YUCK! OMG couldn’t get rid of that bad taste in my mouth. She remade the drink promptly but it was traumatic for me. However the last time I came in I used my free reward drink and the guy really made me a great green smoothie with all the extras he suggested and made my freebie well worth it. He was super friendly and just made you smile.(I have come to expect this from Starbucks) They have a nice comfy corner with some soft chairs(kinda becoming more rare) They also have a patio area to sit and relax if its not too hot.

I was in this Starbucks the other day to do some writing, well, as I went to pay for my coffee with my phone app, it was messing up for some reason. I told the lady behind the counter that my app was messing up and to go ahead and help the person behind me while I try and fix it. Well, I was standing to the side trying to get it fixed and after a couple of minutes the lady just smiled and said, «go ahead and take the coffee, it’s ok, sometimes we have problems with those things.» I REALLY appreciated the gesture, but I was determined to pay for my coffee, because I didn’t wan’t to seem like I was trying to pull some kind of shenanigan. Well, I finally got the app to work, got my coffee, and the lady was VERY nice to me. I sat there and wrote on my book for about 3 hours, had a few additional snacks and a drink there and had a very pleasant time. I don’t know the lady’s name, but thank you for being so nice to me, you made my morning.

I haven’t been to this location in a while but I finally returned and they didn’t get my drink right. I make it very clear venti iced coffee 6 pumps classic 2 pumps of vanilla and cream. doesn’t seem like it should be THAT difficult! And BTW when I asked for a marshmallow dream bar I wanted the original.. Not that packaged crap you try to pass off as pastries!

So in case you forgot to get Starbucks while inside Safeway, fear not because this location is literally in the same parking lot! The store itself is nice and I like the atmosphere. It’s cozier than most locations. The staff were nice and professional as well. Sadly, it took an unusually long time to get my order in(only one customer in front of me). And with all the baristas working at the time I came in, it was disappointing to see that nobody was capable of «floating» so they could get my order started. As clean and neat as this Starbucks can be, I pay extra because of the experience. When that doesn’t happen, I tend not to be very impressed. Overall, if you can manage to drive down the street to another Starbucks location, I suggest doing so. But if you really need your Starbucks fix, then hit up the drive-thru here. It seems to go faster than going inside when there is only one customer ordering.

This location provides consistently friendly service with drinks that don’t differ in taste from visit to visit. It’s ALWAYS busy and I don’t mind because the service is top notch. The only drawback is tight parking and a somewhat congested entrance to the drive through due to the Safeway/CVS parking lot.

Located in the same parking lot with Safeway. Came in for quick stop. I used to patronize this location daily. The quality and service has dropped and I am sure it has to do with a management change. I visited on a Friday last week. There was no line and I was standing a good two or three fee from counter ready to order. I saw at least four employees behind the counter talking with another without even acknowledging me standing there. When finally an employee arrives at the counter about five minutes later, there wasn’t even a hello how are you. It was what would you like today. I order my plain coffee, pay, and leave. Good: Not a good experience. Bad: Slow service. Overall, I used to consider highly of this location. It was one of the slowest visits to a Starbucks I have had in a while. Lack of execution and attention results in two stars. I will be avoiding this location for a while.

Over the last month, my daily visits to this location have been less than satisfying, to say the least. With constant errors in preparing a simple Triple Grande Hot Skinny Mocha, random rearrangement of the only interior wheelchair table to an inaccessible location and harassment and neglect in the drive through, I have been forced to branch out to farther away stores. I’m not sure if the reason for this store’s dramatic slip in quality and loss of customer service is because of change in management, untrained staff or loss of seasoned employees, but whatever it is good change needs to happen! Truthfully, if it wasn’t for one specific female shift leader, I would never return to this store again…
