We used to go to this location frequently. It always had great service, good pizza and quality ingredients. We went today, called in our order and came in about 10 minutes after the latter time they quoted and still had to wait 15 minutes. When I get my pizza open I get a burnt mess and mostly pepperoni almost no bacon. The pepperoni is brown and almost inedible. The time before this we were charged for Sierra Mist. I believe it was $ 2.99 and they gave us some generic lemon lime soda that they sell at Walmart for 88 cents. Long story short we won’t be going to this location again. I would rather drive an extra 15 minutes to get«Round Table quality» pizza at either the Sunrise location or the Antelope location.

We showed up around 6:45PM and it was super busy. Despite the full restaurant, we only waited 25 minutes for our pizza. Bridget constantly checked in on us and was super friendly. I would recommend this Round Table if you’re not impatient and rude. The employees are people too.

We love love love round table but haven’t been to this location in about a year. After several bad experiences we took our business elsewhere. Today we decided to try it again and I’m so glad we did. I ordered online for pick up, my order was ready when I arrived. There was an all new crew, salad bar looked great, pizza was as awesome as it should be. No more skimpy toppings. So glad to have my round table back.

Over the weekend & on our way home down the 80, the Hubs & I had a hankering for some pizza. I pulled up my trusty Unilocal app on the phone & found this location for ‘The Last Honest Pizza’. A little apprehensive to stop due to recent reviews, we decided to give it a shot. After all, it was Saturday after 8:30p & there weren’t any games on TV, so we figured it couldn’t be too busy. We pulled off the freeway & made our way, but had a little bit of a hard time finding the place since it was hidden away in a small grocery shopping center & their sign wasn’t lit up to see it from far away. We parked, noticing only one table with sitting guests, & walked in. Upon entering the building, the pizza oven/assembly line & counter were on the right with table & booth seating to the left. Everything looked cleaned as we walked in, but there were no employees at the counter. I looked up for a menu display, but only saw a few food pictures & notice of craft beer being served, for those interested. I’m not a fan & forgot to take a pic of their offerings, sorry! At the end of the counter, I noticed a few laminated menus folded in a holder & took one to look over. I already knew what the Hubs wanted on his half: primo pepporoni & bacon. Hmm, that sounded good! Only I wanted pineapple on my half. As we began looking over the menu options, a gentleman came out from the back area around the corner & said a young lady would be right with us. Clearly, he was the manager/supervisor/person-in-charge-tonight. Very soon after, a young lady came out with a broom in hand, obviously coming out from cleaning something in the back. Emily set aside the broom & came to the register to take our order. We placed our order for a large pan, 3 garlic twists(cuz we love them when made right!), & a soda plus water for me. Grabbed our cups & took to the fountain drinks. Pepsi for him. No crushed ice. As we waited for our order, we walked around to check out the place. First, I noticed a full trash can. Not a total bad thing, as it meant they’re getting things ready for the end of night. It was about 9p at the time. Next, I walked the salad bar. I always walk the salad bar, as I find it as a good indicator of how they keep things up. Everything looked stocked & fresh! So far, so good. We made our way around to the ‘arcade room’, which consists of 3 items, 1 out of order. Nothing special but functional. Few TVs, lots of seating area. They also had a larger room available for parties. We chose a nice corner booth. The table had a some crumbs on it, but nothing a few napkins couldn’t sweep up. Now we’re waiting at our table & the other guests have now left. We’re the only ones there other than the employees, & remained that way for the remainder of our stay. Alright. A few calls here & there, employees are on tasks either making orders or tidying up. The manager guy seems to either be providing direction to his employees as well as performing nightly duties(saw clipboard checklist in hand). All the time while we waited for our pizza, we couldn’t help but wonder about all the recent reviews. Was it only the delivery side? I did over hear something about over an hour quote time on delivery, which I thought might’ve been a little bit much, but what do I know about managing delivery stuff? Nada. But our experience was so far, so good. Within about 25min of sitting, Emily brought both our twists as well as our pizza to our table, asking if we’d like cheese or peppers, to which I requested both. With a smile & pleasant personality, she brought them to our table with plates & said to enjoy. Ooooo yeaaa baby, you don’t have to tell me twice! We’d be enjoying it, fa’ sho’! LOL The pizza smelled & looked perfect! It did not disappoint either. The twists almost looked to be not cooked just quite right, but after tasting them, it was clear that they were just right. The Hubs even said they may have been the best he’s had in a very long time… whoa! That kind’a says something. Everything, yes EVERYTHING was just right! So, all-in-all, I would totally come eat at this location again, as the service was super friendly & was kept very clean. & The quality ingredients of Round Table is just so good! We loved it!

I do love their pizza, but it should NEVER take 2 hours to get a delivery pizza. Super disappointed.

Always a long wait for pizza here. The manager has a lot to learn too, name calling and threats to customers is never okay. Too many other pizza places around.

Absolutely terrible! I have eaten here twice and the food has been beyond disgusting! I ordered a pizza once and it was awful. I ordered Aron’s 845 which I understand can be late for delivery, but I would have much rather been told that then get a disgusting pizza that I didn’t even eat. I decided to go back since thinking maybe it was just that night, but no. The food was just as bad. For the price the quality of food was just awful

Update 1: As a follow-up to the below, I have raised the Star rating to 3 for the following reasons: — I received two refunds, the initial for one pizza and ultimately for the entire order. I did not ask for either but I am glad that compensation for my time was offered. The employee who was working with me was pleasant and very apologetic. — I received a very quick response from an Area Manager after my Unilocal input offering to make things right and to further look into the issues that caused the delay in the first place. Thank you Dana! — The pizza was actually very good! If the product had been inferior after all of the waiting it would have been very unpleasant. Original post: This is only a rating on the wait time for an online order. Advertised ready time 6:15, actual time??? Not sure I’m still here waiting at 6:57. I would have left but we’ve got a hungry girl waiting for her Hawaiian pizza! One bright spot, they refunded the cost of one of the pizzas. Possibly it was the unpleasant looks I was giving them.

This is by far the WORST round table to go to. It took a half hour to get anyone to answer the phone to actually put an order in, nobody answered. After the guy told me 35 minutes for pick up, I arrived 45 minutes later and still had to wait another 25 minutes to get my order(a large pepperoni). I arrived and waited to be helped while 4 team members are making pizzas walking back and forth with no «Hello» or «Well be right with you,» a simple acknowledgement would have been nice, but a good 7 minutes later a woman came out of the back and asked if i had been helped. Sitting waiting for my order to get ready the phone was ringing and ringing and the the cashier and the manager on duty were just chatting it up in the back. Will not be returning, a pity as the place is 2 blocks from my house. Not worth the hassle! Not even worth the 1 star rating.

Wow. I ordered a pizza over the phone today at 5:48pm they told us it would take an hour and 15 min. My husband arrived there to pick up the pizza and they haven’t even made the pizza yet… told him another hour to wait. This is ridiculous. Horrible customer service. Let’s hope they get our order right… Not coming back here for sure.

This location isn’t what it once was. Our delivery took an hour and a half and we live on the same street as their business address… which they mispronounced via phone. The lady also had me mixed-up with another customer when I called back asking where our order was. She was stressed-out, but never apologized. She said that our online order was for take-out? If so, why couldn’t they callback if three pizzas were sitting around? When I called cooperate, the rep sounded concerned but nothing happened and they never returned our call. We have been a loyal customer since they opened in the 1980’s but never again.

I’ve tried giving this place a chance but it’s obvious that the employees at this location couldn’t care less. They’re all tattooed punks that have no sense of customer service. This is the third time I’ve come in and have stood at the counter for too long without being helped. The first two times it’s happened, nothing was even said to me but I stayed. This time an employee did say that someone would help be but it was on her way out and once she was gone, nothing else was said from anyone else. Third strike for this location so won’t be returning unless some new management comes in gets a new staff.

I ordered the new hearty meat with basil online. stated order would arrive in 50 minutes at 4:24. At 4:45, I called and spoke to Aldan(?) and she seemed irritated I called… asked me what I was told online– repeated AGAIN it showed my order would arrive at 4:24…she said«then it’s on it’s way.» I asked her if she could verify and gave her my name… without a word from her. she dropped the phone them came back on and said the driver had left and she hung up. SORUDE!!! I feel bad that the driver was amazing and apologetic but missed out out a great tip because I was so irritated!!! Guess it’s not his fault I got the wrong pizza and it came nearly 30 minutes after the stated time and Aldan gave horrific service for a $ 36 order of crappy pizza!

I ordered the new Hearty Meat Supreme. After waiting over an hour I got a nasty, burnt pizza with no basil, who knows what kind of cheese, and only miniscule pieces of beef in their«hearty meat sauce.» Oh also it’s misleading to say it’s 50% off* then write below it in small letters«off normal menu price.» I could have made a better pizza in the hour I had to wait for this disappointment.

I’ve probably ate more pizza at this place then all the other pizza places I’ve been to put together. They offer a 50% off a large, Monday night special from 5pm-9pm and it takes about an hour for pickup. My only beef is they are skimpy on the toppings, or leave a topping off all together. And as I’m typing this I remember the last XL pizza I paid full price for, their were three pieces that had One mushroom on it. If they skimped 2 or 3 times I probably wouldn’t have wrote this update, but it’s been to many times to remember.(4 or 5)

I love the King Arthur supreme with creamy garlic sauce! If you go online, they always have coupons. I love their pizza, but delivery takes quite a while. The staff is sometime rude and snobby, not wanting to honor the coupons and will say it needs to be printed, but that is not true. You just have to give them the code while on the phone.

In my last review for this particular Round Table Pizza location I bumped my rating from three to four stars because of the great customer service I received from the employees when I went back in to exchange my pizza with skimpy toppings for one that looked like an actual pizza. Because of this we ordered Round Table Pizza again for pick up on Christmas Eve because my Mother in Law was coming to the house to visit and suggested pizza. I thought maybe last time when my half Italian Trio half Olive/Mushroom/Green Pepper pizza was lacking half it’s typical toppings(I literally had four olives and two green peppers on my half and the Husbands half had almost no meat) that it was just an off day. Well it looks like skimpy toppings are typical for this location. We paid $ 45 for a small Olive and Mushroom Pizza and a large Combo Pizza and both were slim slim slim on the toppings AND cheese. Once we got home and opened the boxes we immediately were disappointed at the look of the pizzas. Again. Round Table definitely isn’t the gourmet pizza it used to be. Why would we go here and spend $$$$ of our hard earned money when we can spend $$ of our hard earned money down the street and get twice the amount of toppings? Not anymore. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.
