Subway

Not only was the lady rude, but I had to keep repeating myself because she wasn’t listening. I ordered 5 sandwiches and they gave me 1 napkin. I asked for mustard and mayo on the side for my sandwich because I was going to eat it later, she didn’t give me the mustard and mayo on the side, so I had to eat a dry sandwich. She had her coworker come out to help, I appreciate that she wanted to be quick but really, I can’t really order 5 sandwiches at the same time. The best part? They didn’t label the sandwiches, so I had to go through all the sandwiches before handing them out to my coworkers.

This is my neighborhood subway so I usually come here in an effort of saving time on my lunch hour. The sandwiches and salads are on par with other Subways. Sadly though, the manager is just mean to both customers and her staff. I don’t think she’s ever once cracked a smile. Lighten up!

Dont go here. So many food safety violations… coughing in their hands and not changing gloves. They made my sandwich with a dirty knife that was not on ice… probably been at room temp. all day… kinda rude too. Unhappy employees

I was not greeted with a smile, an upward glance much less a «Hello, Welcome to Subway» at this location. The 2 young girls at the desk made me wait with no communication as to how long it would be. While one was finishing up making a sandwich and taking payment, the other sat holding up the counter and looking down. Turns out she was waiting for a freshly baked batch bread to cool off, for someone that was waiting unbeknownst to me! Once the bread was cooled, she called up a gal that was seated off to the side, and proceeded to make her 2 sandwiches right in front of me. If the employee had just communicated with me, it would have been MUCH LESS rude. In addition, I got a Veggie Patty sandwich, which needs to be microwaved, and I had to tell the gal to do that as she tried to make my sandwich by skipping the microwave step! After I told her nicely to microwave it, she was irritated with me and hurried to get me out of there and was short with me. Blah personalities, poor customer service. Good sandwich.

This subway sucks. Everything at the end his chain is about who makes your sandwich. All the workers here look and act like they hate their jobs thus they make you a sandwich thwt looks like everything fell on the floor first then was picked up by a dustpan and dumped on your bread. Stay away!

I get spotty service. The lady infront of me kept asking for more on her sandwich then what the girl was putting… I wondered to myself, why? Then it was my turn… I asked for olives and the girl put like 3 or 4 olives on my foot long! WTF? Really? Thats not even 1 olive per bite, common! Make my sandwich like you would want yours!
Your food costs must be really good right now but your not winning any customers like this. And that was not even all of it. They put my mustard in the back crease of the sandwich and when I asked for pickles it was just like the olives, 3or 4… grrrrrr
