I’m assuming this used to be Four Seasons Seafood Restaurant as the addresses are both the same as well as the phone numbers. The menus had a white label over it with the new name, Hong Kong Dim Sum. In reading some of the reviews for the Four Seasons, it looks like they kept their rude waiters. We arrived at 7PM on a Sunday. The place was 90% empty, which should have been a sign considering it was a very crowded plaza. We had tried ordering 3 – 4 dishes all to no avail. They were out of all the dishes we tried to order. My sister-in-law made the comment, «what are we going to eat if you’re out of all the dishes?» and the waiter told her to drink water till she was full. So we paid for the 2 sodas we had opened and walked out.

Beware of this restaurant, theybhave false advertisement. In the chinese newspaper, they advertise their dim sum is 1.69 however once you get there, the price is actually 1.98 and up. They also advertise in the restaurant their almond tea which has a pastry puff over it for 99 cent when in fact they charge you 2 dollars. Do not come here unless you like being ripped off.
