Sam’s Club

I no longer shop at this Sam’s Club because it’s a bit out of the way for me, but I still visit this pharmacy whenever I need my prescriptions filled because the staff and pharmacists here do not disappoint. I had one hiccup before where the warehouse apparently made a mistake with my refill and their automated system notified me that my prenatal vitamins would be ready when they actually weren’t even in stock. I was upset because I had an angry 5 month old to deal with, but the pharmacy made sure to go above and beyond to remediate the issue. Just the other day, I called to ask for a consultation on my progestin only pill that I had picked up at the Sam’s Club Pharmacy closer to me, because I trust the staff at this location more than any other location I’ve been to. I can’t say enough about the experienced, knowledgable, friendly, helpful and accommodating staff here.

I have been coming to this SAMs club for years and today the store manager was super rude and unhelpful … I came with my friend and her disabled husband to help them shop for basic things after getting thru the self check out we were having some issues with our payment due to the system and after asking for help he not only gave an attitude but said I don’t know and claimed the system works soemtimes but not all the time and basically too bad and walked away… I then asked nicely for them to post a sign up so it helps the customer understand that certain transactions could only be done at specific registers he again shut me off and gave attitude … It’s funny that we pay for a membership just to shop there yet the store managers people skills and customer service skills seemed like someone at a basic level job with no experience… It’s sad to think someone making minimum wage at Walmart has more customer service skills then a manager

I went to SAMs and I received amazing customer service from Michael. He helped me carry out a gazebo I just purchased. I have two pins in my knee and He was very friendly and really went out of his way to help me clear out my truck bed.

The selection is nice and since it is close to my house it’s really convenient.
The great thing about SAMs I really love is if you have the app on your smart phone it will allow you to have your member card on it. It will scan and you will be able
To enter just by showing your virtual card!
Most of the time it is not to busy at least at this location. At the beginning of the month it is busier like today but toward middle and end pretty slow!
Selection is good and I like to come to this SAMs for the snacks they have a better selection than other warehouse stores!
This SAMs does not get a five star review because at the moment does not have a gas station or when you exit there seems to always just be one person checking receipts and they are not very quick about it.

I love Sam’s club! I always make sure to pick up their fruit! Great choices, good price and decent amount! Only thing that makes me dread going to Sam’s a bit is the wait to check out. Very crowded so I recommend going during the day, on a weekday if you can!

What is not to love. Samples, deals, and cheap lunch. Whenever I need supplies I always find the best deal.

Very annoyed with the pharmacy. They never have the medicines I am prescribed. I am here shopping weekly and wish they would stock up the pharmacy. They referred me to Wal Mart which annoys me because I pay to shop here. Even worse Wal Mart pharmacy didn’t have what I needed what a waste of time.

Let me preface this review by saying: Avoid the photo department at all costs if you can! Came by to make prints and had to flag someone down to provide help with the machine, then flag someone down to ask a question, then flag someone down to get the photos… and WELL– you get the picture (pun intended). And every time, it took 5 – 10 minutes for that person to come to the photo area. Also, I feel like the quality of prints is not as good as the ones you would get at Costco.
That being said, Sam’s Club is a great alternative to Costco in other aspects, since they provide food, clothes, toiletries in bulk quantities for reasonable prices (comparable to that of Costco). The major advantage I feel that Sam’s Club has over Costco is NO LINES! Or very short ones. Love the self-​check out option! I can speed in and out of there on Saturday without any issues. Also, parking is not too bad either.

Review of Photo department: As an artist I’m always looking for a place I can get some good prints for affordable prices However, replacing value and experience can sometimes replace quality. The quality of an artist print is everything (for the most part).
The thing that’s frustrating as a client is that, the photo expert is no expert. Most of the time they have no clue how their own equipment works. Especially when it comes to special sizing and more importantly color correcting, contrast, value, or light and dark. I wish they would get better training in knowing how to correct simple graphic mistakes.
The computers they offer to download, crop, an edit your photos is the Fugi 500 Photo analyzer. I can’t stand the quality of pixelation I get on the screen. My photos always look a little off an, it proves correct every time I get my prints. I always set The Dpi around 300 which is standard however, my prints still look a little blurry. So, If you’re gonna use the Fugi for prints I recommend it only for actual photos and get your art prints done online. Or a place like J6 Creative.
What would be nice is if they had an apple computer we could use with photoshop. HINT: The Fugi can only open Jpegs all others like Tiff, Png, psd etc can not open so, you will have to convert your file.
They do have a computer with Internet access so you can convert your files on a convert website. That’s very convenient an I appreciate that.
The quality is ok for posters, school projects, and 2^nd hand prints. For artist this is not a digital or fine art reproduction type of place where they offer artist quality Giclee. For that we will have to pay the money however, you’re guaranteed to have the help of an expert in art. One who understands how to get you color, values, and designs to pin point accuracy.
SAMs club for the most part is an ok photo place and their prices are reasonable and very affordable. I just wish the photo people had a bit more training on Graphic design and proper print knowledge!

I have been SAMs club member for 20+ years. This SAMs club is one of my favorite locations. I was assisted by supervisor Sophia, she was very friendly. Sophia was very down to earth and at the same time very professional. I would really loved to go to this location again! thanks Sophia!

Ok so I’ve dealt w/​3 employees at the membership desk and ALL 3 of them were rude, unfriendly & lazy. The way they spoke & acted was like they didn’t want to help me at all & were tired of their jobs or something. I say lazy because I wanted to inquire about my membership card & they refused to look up anything on their system to help me. The rudest I’ve found was a certain white blond guy.

Compared to other Sam’s Clubs, this one is so-​so. The selection here is not as good, the food court sucks, no gasoline, and the customer service desk is SLOW. On the plus side, not as crowded, self check out registers available. I’m kinda stuck cause I live near this one.

Like coming here cuz it’s Not packed like Costco. Isles are wide & spacious. Store is clean & cashiers are quick to check out. Goodies from food court are good quality & a bargain/​value
But always SLOW @ Member/​Return services. Need to speed up, I need to get some shopping serious done.
Tire Service center gets 5 stars! Bought tires, car battery, wipers & had headlights polished (got rid of fogginess)
They have self check out if you’re in a hurry or have a couple of items. Can’t ring up Alcoholic beverages & must use CC or Debit @ self check-​out

Absolutely horrible customer service, standing in line 15 minutes to make a payment, only 1 membership cashier, no acknowledgement whatsoever.
Forced to make a star rating, which defeats the purpose of rating, they deserve ZERO.
–As a follow up, manager was nice about situation and took care of my payment within 15 minutes after I talked to him.

OMG, this food court sux big time it is sooooo dirty here the food is not fresh! One word gor this place, disgusting! Im scared to eat my pizza, the server was rude she just threw my pizza on the counter, the cashier is super nice, she is the best part about this place! So sad! I love Sam’s but not this one!

Being a Plus Member is no different than any other membership.
We took in a picture of the tires and rims so the people can order me the right tires. Waited over a week when I was told the tires would be in 3. I finally got the call and they say: «oh your tires have been here for days but we didn’t call you – sorry but you can come in and get the tires» fine I guess … they lagged on calling but I’ll have my tires on. I show up today and they said those tires won’t fit your rim. I told them I even brought in a picture to avoid ordering the wrong ones.
All that times wasted so they can say my rims are after market and we only sell manufacturer tires. I know they are after market. I could have gone to another place in the first place. That’s only half of what happened.
Returns had terrible customer service. I work in customer service so I’m understanding. I try to be a good customer, but I’m upset about the service I had today.
Oh and thier website «encounters an error» when providing a bad feed back and thanks you when giving good feed back.

First let me say that I love Costco and felt like I was cheating on them when my friend recommended me to check out sams club to compare prices of the things I buy. first of off there fresh fruit has a 200 cash back if your not satisfied. For some reason costco fresh fruit has a weird taste and stop buying fresh and bought frozen. But this return policy decide to buy fresh fruit again. The strawberries I should have returned but the seedless grapes where really good. Since I had a bad experience with the strawberries decided to buy organic and there where awesome.
Prices of other things I normally buy are 50 cents either way vs costco but more importantly no freaking lines for check out unfortunately there samples are way behind costco.
still decided this place is still worth 50 bucks a year and became a member to both sams club and costco

Time for a new battery and also got a new set of tires. This was a quick and efficient service. While I shopped the store the car was ready to go. I got a 3 year warranty on the battery so if this ever fails there will be full replacement.

I’ve been coming to this location since I was in grade school and since then this location has been renovated. Along the years my family and I have went to Costco but we realized that the selection in Costco was limited and felt like we had to buy certain brands of products over the preferred brands we like and we got annoyed. So we went to SAMs club and they have better selections in terms of different brands of products. I love SAMs club.
Plus this location isn’t as jammed packed as how Costco is (a couple miles away from this location)

I don’t know why I’ve waited so long to review this warehouse diva.
We all know that costco is the boss when it comes to warehouse shopping. That being said, the boss is getting way too much ass kissing if you ask me!
SAMs is refreshingly underpopulated but has all your needs and wants. I am sure all die hard costco fans will argue but SAMs has the same damn things and more.
Products differ slightly but not having to deal with that crazy overrated costco crowd is reason enough for me. Plus the chicken costs less!
The fresh and ready food is darn near close to costco too! Hotdogs, pizza and more! May not have as much of a selection but good enough.
Staff is super friendly, lines are well controlled and at a minimum. The deals are super great too!
At costco they carry Kirkland and at SAMs they carry makers mark. After years of comparing the two I prefer makers mark.
All in all SAMs is the shick! Minus the ck and add a T.
