Horrible hostesses lazy and don’t bother making a reservation they won’t honor it. So money hungry sat others in our table.

Came here with my boyfriend got their at 7 and our reservations weren’t till 8:15 luckily we go seated after waiting on 20 minutes which was a plus. Our server was amazing probably the best customer service I’ve received the chef was good too making us laugh the whole time and the food was delicious. Foods a bit pricey but it’s worth every penny. Definitely going back soon

We made reservations at 9 o’clock for my eldest sister’s birthday, for a party of 12 might I add. We get there and were told that we had to wait. The wait lasted an hour close to an hour and a half. We continuously let them know about the time and the issue of the long wait and they just offer us food.(Which was kind but we weren’t amused) We wanted to eat with our family and celebrate but instead were left with disappointment and empty stomaches. We will never be coming back again. Next time if someone makes a reservation don’t make it at this location.

The food is amazing amazing at this location specifically. I probably go about once a week and wish I went everyday. Most of the chefs are amazing and the servers. The top 4 servers that are the best… Caroline, Jason, and one other woman and male I can’t remember their names. Always on top of it and very very helpful with great attitudes. That is super appreciated since it seems everyone is rude these days. Overall I love it!!!

Came here tonight and was very disappointed! My family and I usually come here for birthdays and usually it’s good. But for some reason tonight they sucked. Our chef was Benjamin. We have had him once before and he SUCKS. His portions are horrible he can’t count. He starts off giving the shrimp/veggies to one side and by the time he reaches the other side there’s only a tiny bit left. His food is not the best it doesn’t have much flavor to it. The fried rice is always excellent here which is a plus. Debating on giving this place another try.

Horrible service. Came as a walking, was put on the waiting list, about an hour later I asked where we were on the list and to my surprise was told I’m still last. I don’t mind the wait as long as there is hope of being seated. But I was told that I could not be seated until all the reservations were completed. What’s the point of walking into a restaurant if you will not be attended because they have other reservations. RIDICULOUS. wish I would’ve been Informed about this from the beginning and not 1hr later. So I left and went to Olive Garden across the way. They seated my group in 5minutes.

This is the worst Japanese Teppan restaurants! First of all we arrived and stood in front for 5 minutes before even getting acknowledged with two employees standing there, until the manager(I’m assuming manager because he was in a suit) he asked how many and a couple minutes later sat us. I should have known once we sat in grill that this was a nasty place as stove was still dirty at edges, assumed they would clean it before cooking since other places do… nope cook did not. Me and my kids ordered Pepsi while my husband had an ice tea, while coming around filling the drinks my husbands drink was filled with coke on top of his ice tea, no big deal we thought it is a simple mistake many can make. Well my husband and I ordered the steak and chicken combo with dried rice paid extra for filet, my daughter ordered steak and chicken from kids menu and my son ordered the teriyaki chicken. I have to admit the soup was great! Salad OK but the cook cooked the shrimp and without cleaning grill cooked the vegetables on top. I don’t like seafood so that was gross, every other Teppan place cleans grill in between. Now for the main meats… I ordered the filet well done, I get the filet slapped on my plate barely even cooked and it could of been a simple fix but in return I get a cook who’s agu OK ng with me telling me it’s well, um no it’s not poke my fork inside and red bleeds out… he kept arguing with me I’m like is this guy serious… cut the meat and half and looked at him and said you call this well??? And to top off our horrible experience they charged us 1.25 for hot sauce… who does that? Worst place ever will never ever return! Im sticking to Tokyo wako or wabi sabi.

Ramis is seriously the most animated chef I’ve had anywhere and I’ve been to many different places. He brings you into the show and it does not feel forced, and he does make you feel very welcome. I am going to ask for him every time I go now! So impressed! Amber the server was just amazing! She make sure we were taken care of and didn’t make us feel like just some other people. She has such great customer service and a sweet person. I never ask for the manager but I did this time to tell him something good Dillion make sure we were happy and he was just so nice. He heard our compliment and made the experience even better! We have had some bad experiences here but with the last one we will be sure to come back.

Horrible service !! Made a reservation spoke to Britney and when I show up some how my reservation was never made?? huh (Ok I’m still not mad) so I ask how long do we have to wait the very nice Gentleman said he would try to sit us down in a few minutes. Based on the crowd that’s no way in hell going to happen. So I asked to speak to the manager«TJ» but once they told him the situation he acted like he could care less. I will never come here again… you would think for the price of the food they can hire someone that can answer the phone and input a persons information correctly? I’m sorry but this location has gone down hill and now I can see why… it’s being run by TJ!

Meh. Hmm 2.5 stars is what I’m feeling for my latest visit here. I came here for a special occasion our new year family dinner. We made reservations, so luckily the wait time was only about 10 minutes. We all got the teppan entrees filet mignon and out of the 4 of us only one was cooked right as we requested it all to be medium rare. OHYES have I mentioned that everything was extremely SALTY. After we finished our lunch I was in need of extreme amounts of water, so that’s always a bad sign. As always their fried rice is good and the hamachi shrimp was fantastic, however, everything was still so salty :( There’s generally lots of parking here so it shouldn’t be a problem. Personally I don’t think their food is that great for the price, but I guess for the experience its pretty cool.

On a Friday night we had a reservation for 20 @ 8 pm, got seated at 845, due to the restaurant overbooking Had a few extra people show up which caused another 30 minute delay since we couldn’t be seated at the two mirroring tables Once we were all seated and our orders were taken, Rincon made it a fun and amusing night for the 10 people at my table. Best for smaller parties of 4 – 10; Anything bigger and you all get split up which ruins the fun Food was great, as expected. Prices run a bit steep, so be weary of what you order. All in all it was a decent night

Came here for lunch on a Wednesday. Our waitress was Priscilla and she’s great! She was very attentive and gave us her honest opinion with our selection. From the lunch duet, you could choose one of the options and choose a Filet Mignon for an additional $ 7. I would definitely recommend the Filet Mignon over the Hibachi Steak. I like mine Medium Rare. Get the chicken fried rice! Our chef Henry was funny!

Benihana’s is definitely a restaurant that I do not not visit often. It is one of those nice occasion, celebration type places. I called on a Friday around noon to place a reservation for the same night. I thought I wasn’t going to be able to get a table, but the guy was nice and had spots available. Upon arrival parking was packed. When I walked in and checked in they said our table would be ready shortly. We waited about 10 minutes and then they brought us to our table. Since there was only 4 of us and 8 fits the table we were soon joined with 2 other couples. To me that can get a little awkward especially since we are more noisy and both couples stayed quiet the whole time. Oh well! The waitress was very quick at getting the orders in, but too quickly and I felt rushed to pick an entrée. My hubby felt the same way and then decided he didn’t want what he ordered. When he asked to change his order the waitress got a little mad and was saying she might not be able to. They did change the order, but you could just see it bothered her. Again, oh well! We’re paying so if that’s what we want then make the change. Our chef was very nice and of course threw in his jokes as he cooked. I like that he cleaned the station right before as I was watching other cooks who didn’t do that. I ordered the chicken and shrimp and fried rice. I was disappointed in the rice because it was hard and lacking some flavor. The chicken was also lacking flavor. I really enjoyed the shrimp however! My hubby got steak and he loved the flavor. My two girls shared the chicken and fried rice. I let the waitress know in the beginning we were there to celebrate my daughters first report card with good grades. They sang her a «happy» song at the end which was really sweet. We all got a scoop of their ice cream. With the price of the food and quality I received I wasn’t too happy, but the experience is fun to have. They also charge a kitchen fee for them cooking in front of us which was like $ 5 something added to bill.

Oookay, how has it taken me THIS long to finally try Benihana? I came with a perfect party of 7(table sits 7 or else you will sit with strangers) for our 12pm reservation. When we were seated, the restaurant was only about 20% occupied. By the time we finished eating around 1:30pm, the place was completely packed with a wait! I would definitely suggest making reservations if possible. I wouldn’t come for dinner as its a little pricey for what it is, but there ARE lunch deals even on the weekends! I opted for the Lunch Duet($ 15) and selected chicken & beef. The chicken was a thumbs down for me but the beef. YUM! The meal also comes with soup or salad, fried rice and veggies with two different sauces. I opted for the salad and asked for the dressing on the side — they drench the salad! Overall, the quality and taste of the food is subpar but the entertainment makes up for it. Great service by our waitress and chef!

4 Stars for the spicy chicken yakisoba noodles that I ordered. This place has the best green tea ice cream. Oh… and if you order steak they will cut the fat off if you don’t tell them. There steak fat cooked in butter is so damn delicious! Recommend coming during lunch time. The entrées are about half the price!

I was super surprised that Benihana’s was still open here! The last time I was here was over 10 years ago and it was just as fun as I remember! I came for a birthday a couple of weeks ago and I still love the soup and the fried rice just as much as I used to. I ordered the grilled shrimp for dinner and it was pretty good. The best part of our meal though, was our chef making a Minion on the grill! I was in awe :) I believe if you register your birthday online, they will provide a free complimentary meal for your birthday.

I came here for a birthday dinner and lunch and after a while the presentations get boring because most of the chefs are doing the same tricks over and over again but the first time I went I really enjoyed it! Make sure you sign up online, you’ll get a $ 30 gift certificate on your birthday! Before I start, I just want to say… ORDERTHECHICKENFRIEDRICE. If your meal comes with steamed rice, swap it out for the fried rice for $ 3.50 more! I ordered the filet mignon for dinner, and it was cooked perfectly. It melted in my mouth and I just couldn’t get enough of it. For dinner, they also give you a little bit of shrimp as an «appetizer.» I wasn’t a fan of it… it was just seasoned shrimp that was kind of dry in my opinion. But I left happy and full for dinner. Their express lunch really aren’t express at all unless you sit at the bar. If you’re going to order a lunch boat then sit at the bar because it doesn’t need to be cooked on the grill in front of you. It’ll come from the kitchen. Lunch prices are amazing. My lunch boat had about 5 pieces of sashimi, some edamame, teriyaki beef and came with miso soup and a salad. Overall it was a good deal, but the beef was REALLY dry. I wouldn’t recommend the lunch boat if you’re going to get beef. My friend ordered the filet mignon and it was a smaller portion than dinner, but still really good for the price. I think his was about $ 17?
