After a local shop installed a CB, coax cable and antenna in my new vehicle I stopped in at D&R Communications to have the antenna tuned. I didn’t have an appointment but these guys got me right in, tested my equipment only to discover the 16 – 18 feet of coax I’d supplied to the original installer hadn’t been used and my radio was improperly wired!!! Grrrr! Harold immediately fished through new coax, rewired the CB and had me back on the road. He answered all my questions, never talked down to me and didn’t seem to mind my need for thorough explanations.
Well worth the 150 mile drive for me to get it the work done RIGHT and for a more than fair price!

I went in after trying to install the radio on my own. I take great pride in the work that I do, but I could not get the antenna and radio to play nice with one another. I looked these guys up on the web, called them and spoke to a very nice man who said that the problem had something to do with the coax length. Long story short: if you have problems with your radios, these are the guys to go to in Oregon. Harold is the guy that installs there, and whatever it is that you are expecting to get, you will get more. Much more. These guys are so amazingly adept at what they do, and they obviously love their work. They are reasonably priced, guarantee their work and wont treat you like a dweeb.
These guys are on my speed dial. I highly recommend them. They go above and beyond their call.
