I ordered an herbal shoulder wrap from this company via Amazon. It was delivered from Amazon looking a little worse for the wear. I sent an email directly to the company letting them know that amazon was shipping their products out in less than desirable condition.
Three days later, without my even asking, I have a brand new herbal shoulder wrap at my door from the company.
