Jeremiah was great. I called on Saturday regarding my defective dryer. He scheduled an appointment for Wednesday and arrived right on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem, located the part and returned later the same day to do the install. His quote was reasonable and the bill was as quoted. He was polite and very respectful. Next time I need a repair I will again call Jeremiah.

Platinum responded quickly to my inquiry, gave a very reasonable estimate and stuck to it and was able to schedule my installation soon after I requested it. The level of service was terrific — thorough, efficient and respectful of my home and my time.
I feel like I got a great deal AND top notch service to go with my beautiful new dishwasher. Trifecta!
I would recommend Platinum without reservation!
