We have gone to a predominantly plant based diet for weigh lose and general health. Subway has what they call, a «Veggies Delite» which is based around 460 calories for a footlong. In reality, you can have any and all their veggies on this sandwich. We had everything with the exception of green peppers and jalapeño peppers. Added was swiss cheese, chipotle sauce, spicy mustard and vinegar. We had put Veggie Delite lightly toasted. It was greats a bit spicy and split between the two of us, based on my date’s fit-bit app, 275 calories apiece. Very please and we’ll be back.

I don’t know why this place is getting bad reviews. Yes it is in the middle of no where on a random stretch of highway and yes it is inside a a Plaid Pantry. That’s about the only negative things I can say. They have fast service. They have a small dining room to sit if you like. They are open 24 hours a day. Just like your normal Subway you know and love. Eat fresh and stay away from Jared!

Nothing like biting into a cold breakfast sandwich with cold pieces of sausage & egg! Sorry I had to correct the sandwich maker 2 times for the correct type of sandwich & size, looked like she was half asleep… but there is NO question or excuse for not changing gloves between using the cash machine & making sandwiches… Especially in front of the customers you are making the sandwich for. No wonder they don’t give receipts for their service feedback… Where are the regulations & sanitation at this place? I will not be back.

The man behind the counter that made my veggie sub was friendly enough, but he only put two pickles on my sandwich after I politely asked that they give me extra, if possible. He could have said no, but instead gave me fewer than normal. I realized this after tipping him $ 3 on a $ 7 order — my mistake. I know it isn’t a big deal, but it was kind of disappointing considering veggie subs are sooo much better with pickles, hahaha. There’s another subway just a few blocks from this one, so I’ll try there next time I’m in the area and craving a pickle fix.

The guy making my sandwhich who has a mutton chop was very rude to me he kept rushing me saying«are you done yet» he was rude when I wanted veges on my sandwhich first then sauce and he was rude about it saying«does it matter» for me it does matter weather my bread gets soaked and veges soggy. I am not impressed I usually like eating here his name his Shawn and he needs an attitude check. Because of the attitude and the fact he was rushing me and put a massive amount of chipotle southwest and buffalo sauce I am giving 2 stars, there was so much sauce on my sandwhich it soaked my sandwhich, not very impressed with the service here.
