Subway

Clean, the lady was nice it wasn’t busy at all. I feel like this is one of the cleaner subways I have been in. The fillings looked good and not old and I liked that they had lights above them

I have been to Subways with people who hate their jobs, but this one takes the cake! I have never seen employees irritated that customers are showing up, asking for veggies on their sandwiches, etc. This lady in front of us thought her lettuce to spinach ratio was not even enough, I thought the «sandwich artist» was going to cry about it. The lady that made our sandwich was irritated that we didn’t get it the «recommended» way. Your job is to build my lunch and make it work, this is not my first stop at this international chain… I know what I want on my sandwich. If there was another option close to where we were going, we would have walked out of this place before we even ordered. Super weak service and atmosphere here.

Much better experience this time around, the girl helping me (Alex) was an all star. Fast friendly and remembered everything I said.

I’ve experienced many different lunches here.
Overall its close to the apartment and tastes good. No bugs… its clean… and most of the time the staff is nice.
I once had a girl mock me for not wanting my sandwich toasted… My boyfriend had to tell me I should because she grabbed new bread from the refrigerator and that the pita bread won’t fold as nicely. OH! THAT MAKES SENSE. She was snotty and rude.
The time after that I complained to the manager without knowing it was the manager. I don’t remember what happened but she took the time to explain something in a nice manner opposed to contradicting. She then gave me a discount and her name even though she had a name tag! She had customer service in the bag!
Recently the other day as my pregnancy CRAVED subway I asked a woman to please change her gloves because she had just made a sandwich and then touched a timer and was going to make my sandwich… she said she forgot… which normally is fine but it was with the tone of «OMG SHE WANTS ME TO CHANGE MY GLOVES.» I thought it was plausible! How often is that timer touched without gloves… after money??? You just don’t know and I hope she took it with a grain of salt.
Overall this place is pretty good. Never see goofing off or ignoring customers. Its not the best in the world but what «fast food» is?!

I got a sandwich, got good service. Efficient sandwich artist (Diana). No frills, just right!
Line developed as I sat to eat. She handled it well. I’d be annoyed if I had to deal with a line up. Clean restaurant in somewhat busy strip mall in Happy Valley.
I left Happy.
