Received phenomenal customer service here and would highly recommend anyone come in for their Verizon needs! Isaiah was extremely was extremely helpful, professional, and efficient. He greeted me warmly and handled things quickly and thoroughly. Come in, you won’t regret it! :-)

Went to get a new sim card for my Galaxy Note. Have been a Verizon customer for over 7 years. The store tried to «hook» me into a new contract, and an overpriced refurbished phone.
RIPOFF!!! Beware! Avoid! They are just a retail place. not a Verizon Center.

I personally had the worst customer service here. The staff had no clue what they were doing. They sold me a «new» iPhone and when he handed it to me it was complete with voicemails, random text messages, and random apps downloaded. Honestly it was extremely shady. I wish I could give them a zero!
I totally think that 5 star review was either the owner or some employee that was trying to save their butt. I guarantee you will not have a pleasant experience if you drive anywhere near that store. From parking to customer service it is an all around 1star.

Avoid. Incompetent and irreverent staff. Disorganized. Right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing. This is a THIRD PARTY retailer, — go with Verizon directly over the phone or via the Website. I would ONLY go into this store to explore the physical models of the phone you’re interested in. Excellent customer service was provided to me by Verizon directly. My account issue was handled swiftly and without a fight (like I encountered with the kids working here)
