Went in to the store on a not so busy Sunday afternoon wanting to upgrade my phone and add a second line. 8 hours later aka… two days! I finally got my new phone to transfer… but only the pictures! None of my contacts, music or any other form of apps or downloads. It took far too long for such an easy thing. The first guy couldn’t get anything to work(Day 1 — 4hrs later), so I had to return the next day(Day 2), which is where the girl was able to figure out what the problem was that was keeping the phone from transferring. Thank goodness for her patience, because the first guy had NONE!!! Sprint should really have more than two employees working at a time! The store across the way has at least 5 – 7 working to help their customers.

Day 2 and 8.0 hours of sitting in this store! Took the 1st rep. 3.5 hours to figure out how to even download pics from a G2 to a G4. That was after we went to the business next door to use their WI-FI. Don’t know what the issue was. I was using the SPRINT WiFi. The other employee was using it. Fast forward to Day 2. I notice a few things… The girl who was able to get my pics downloading,(in less than 10 minutes she recognized the problem and had a working solution. «10 minutes». It took mike hours to even get to this point.) wasn’t sure how many pics there were. Apparently… They downloaded my pics a couple times. «All Of Them». The girl said… You have 1500ish pics… A while later… You have 2000 pics… A while later… You have 4000 pics… A while later… Sir. Your pics are downloaded(Time: 2 days. 2 Trips to the mall. 8HOURSSPENTSITTINGINANUNCOMFORTABLEBARSTOOL. THATHASNOBACKSUPPORTANDSQUEAKSEVERYTIMEYOUMOVE.)… You have over over 5000 pics and I couldn’t transfer your apps or contacts.(Being a Lease Phone. I was no longer in possession of said phone. As was my dilemma.) Why do I have so many pics? Seems they downloaded my pics a few times… Like 5. Wonder how long it would have taken a sprint employee who knew what they were doing? As a new customer. I was treated poorly. I had to ask for some personal information(I used to open my new account.) back. My personal information was dug out of the trash. Yes. Mike took paper with my personal info. on it and simply threw it in the trash can. You know. The open to the public trash can. The one that isn’t secure. The one you could just reach in and take it out kind… The rep. Mike had such bad allergies, that he was non stop coughing and clearing his throat. Never mind how much he swore or twitched about. Never mind comments like these 2 white girls came in here the other… Or These Mexican’s came in here and were… Or This Black guy… Really… How about… These 2 girls… OR These people… OR These guys came in… We all breathe the same air. Let’s continue… I asked about screen protectors and was given a set that cost $ 39.99. Didn’t notice that because they email the receipt. The price tag is on the wall. No one said. I’m about to put a $ 39.99 screen protector on your phone. Is that okay? Just bam. Pay me! Now after the rep. put them on, we find out the cost the next day. I would never pay more than $ 15.00. At this point. I will do what it takes to get my phone. I like how the manager has little to say in any way to me. Sprint store at Clackamas Town Center Mall. I wish you could pay me for my time and the time my fiancé lost trying to buy a phone. Im honesty sorry I came here. It was to be a day of joy at the mall for a couple, that turned into a nightmare of stress we didn’t create. I will be going from here to the Corporate Office to complain. I wonder how many of your hours I should waste!

I upgraded my phone at this location. The person who helped me had a hickey on his neck was eating his fast food and smelled like Panda Express, he refused to put down his soda and walk me through my options. He was not helpful with my phone decision and his coworker wasn’t giving him a helping hand, I really did not want an iPhone 6 since it was too big. But since he was no help I ended up getting the stupid iPhone 6 which also shattered 4 days after I purchased it. And sprint refused to help me out. So ya I would not recommend this location

I walked into this place and was asked«do you smell something?» Taken aback I asked what? They asked again«do you smell something?». Standing there somewhat weirded out the tubby guy in baggy women’s-sparkle jeans smirked and said«because a woman just pissed in here». And that was the most they said and frankly the most helpful they were the entire time I was there. I have simple problems going on with my phone that they kept saying they had no idea about and they shuffled around the store like what I would imagine whales would look like if they worked at sprint. But at least whales would probably wear the correct outfits. These guys for whatever reason were wearing women’s street clothes instead of bothering to show up clean cut to work. As I was walking out of the store I turn to my friend and said«they were kind of rude» and one of the whales yelled«excuse me!?» I explained to him that she was an employee, and I was a customer. To have him barged in on my personal conversation was more than inappropriate. I let him know he should mind his own business and then I would be calling a manager soon. These guys are a joke. They tried to keep my phone and I had to remind them that they plugged it in and put it below their counter. It drives me nuts that I have so many friends who are hard-working, clean-cut, kind and intelligent who are unemployed and there are people like this actually getting paid an hourly wage to shuffle around tugging on their USB chords all day. LOL
