I noticed the other reviewers’ customer service issues and cannot speak to that. However, this hotel is clean and relaxing, and I always get a good night’s rest here.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I booked a standard room three months in advance. I requested early checkin at the time of booking. I called one week before and was told by Alex that it would be okay, confirming that I would be arriving 4 hours before check in. When I arrived I was not checked into our room until 1:48pm.
Ryan and Tricia were the two front desk ladies (girls). They couldn’t explain how other people were getting checked into rooms and we were not. Then Ryan said that Hilton honor members and guest that have events on the property were to be checked in first. I gave her my rewards number and still no early check in. The two ladies didn’t apologize, they were rude saying that it was just a request. Yes! A request I confirmed with this hotel! Then were not even nice enough to offer the pool, I had to ask.
As advertised at the time of booking free breakfast, they would not give us free breakfast.
This time Alex, test another incompetent women, says I just spoke to you. I told her know you didn’t, you spoke with someone else. She was not apologetic either. Simply stating that only deluxe rooms get free breakfast.
I Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. They are unorganized, and didn’t have a manager to talk too. The lobby was packed full, because they didn’t inform anyone apparently that there was no early check in. The next day the staff was just as rude. Terrible place!!!

I went to a funeral reception in the mohogany room here today. They catered it with salads and cold cuts because of short notice, which was nice. It was classy and intiment, exactly what we wanted. The reason Im only giving 3 stars was that they didnt let you take the leftovers from the catering. The room was 700 dolars for the 20 guest we had and there w a as a lot of food left that they paid for, but they clai ed we couldnt take it with us. idk what the do with this left over food. I hope they dont reserve it, but other than that with service was great and the food tasted good.
