FORD OF UPLAND IS THE WORST!!!
The service Department is the worst! If they feel that your issue is not worth the dealerships time, then they will sent you out the door without trying other options to help you. Customer service is non existence and the service manager really needs to check his service advisors. My vehicle had some recalls and because the service advisor felt that it was not worth fixing them, he «advised» that even if they did the recall, it would not do anything for my car. I said it’s a recall you need to address the issue. I decided to leave and contact another Ford dealership and they were able to heal me with no questions asked in regards to recall. Shop somewhere else if your looking to get a Ford vehicle.

I have been having electrical problems with my Ford Fusion hybrid and had a complicated check engine light problem. Steve at service took great care of me (a few times). Thank you to him.
3 – 4 stars for the make of the car. Happy to drive in the carpool lane solo but many features of the car are buggy. Overall, a good car but many features are not done well.

2nd time I come to Ford of Upland for service and they are always on it. From the minute I drive up to the porter giving me a ride home to picking up my car. Never try to up sale me on things I don’t need. Very happy here and I definitely recommend this place for service.

It was time for upgrade and here we are again. These guys made it easy and comfortable. Thank John Leonard for helping us out. We got the deal we wanted for the car we wanted. This is my 4th car from this dealership and would recommend anyone who’s looking to buy or lease. Thanks again Ford of Upland.

This is a review for the service department only. Came here for a welcome back special. I made an appointment and it took almost 2 hours before it was ready. I had Mike H. And he was very nice. The cashier was helpful and told me I had a rewards balance which I could use and so it cost me $ 15! Great deal for the multi inspection, oil change, tire
Rotation, etc. I usually avoid dealer services because I’ve had to wait forever and the people aren’t real friendly, but with service like this, I’ll bring my car back here for service.

This is my second review, an update I guess, and again Steve Martinez in service impressed me. My Fiesta was shuddering on acceleration (like so many do) and after testing it he agreed to replace the clutch in the transmission. He’s low-​key and real and didn’t try to sell me the moon. Actually, I did agree to have an oil change done and the price I paid was less than the original estimate. Sweet. He even got me a rental car from the lot so I didn’t have to go to oh, say Enterprise, where they try to sell you insurance you don’t need. Erica (sp?) who scheduled my maintenance and rental car was also on point. I will take my car back to Ford of Upland with the feeling that I won’t be ripped off or sold shiz I don’t need. 5 stars!

So my brand new 2016 fusion I paid extra to get leather seats installed in sounds like an old diesel he transmission slips and the interior is falling apart at the seams. took the car to the dealer since this is where I got it less than a year ago the held it a few days called back and said «the engine sounds like they all do as they break in, they couldn’t replicate the transmission slip so I must be imagining it and the interior looks fine.» F.O.R.D. Found On Road Dead Id leave the other acronym but this is a professional sight

My first time owning a Ford and first time at this Service center.
I went to the Ford in Chino Hills, because I’m closer to that one. But the service their sucks. Every worker looks miserable. I wasn’t thrilled at all with their service. I went to Chino to get the bottom of my SUV fixed and they had me go to one person to the next. To find out, non of the people at the service knew how to fix it. They said they would order it and either email or call me when it arrives. I haven’t heard from them. It’s been over a month and tried telling them twice.
Finally…I went to Upland Ford Service and they knew, all I needed was a screw to fix the bottom of the front of my hood. They fixed it within 5 mins. My baby and I were so thrilled on how the service went. I will now head to this one. This one has the BEST service and the workers seem to love their job. I wished I got the two guys names. Thank you service guys! You’ll see me again.

Is the star level one the lowest Unilocal has to offer? I dealt with the sales manager Wanetta over the phone and she was beyond rude with some of questions I had. I have purchased cars all over the country and Ford usually has great passionate sales reps that offer valued information on a big purchase. I will never go back to Ford of Upland and I recommend everyone else go somewhere else.

Seems like a nice dealership until you sit down to wheel & deal on used cars. Unfortunately they don’t believe in looking at an offer & then countering. They must have an unwritten NO HAGGLE POLICY. It would be nice if they let customers know before going. They must be an undercover CarMax. We all know that there are definite mark ups on used vehicles. There’s also a lack of customer service skills by their salesman Ricky. He was very nice during the test drive but he became very condescending to the point that he laughed at us when we began to talk numbers. That type of attitude is a turn off to customers. What happened to the days in which you try to earn someones business? Interesting side note, as we were walking in another customer says to us that «this place won’t work with you.» She was right! We’ll take our business elsewhere.

Let me start this review off by saying Happy Holidays to everyone. I Recently made my first purchase with Ford of Upland. I bought the great Ford Fusion S model nothing to fancy but within my budget. My sales Rep was Ash who was awesome to work with on processing and coming to a finalized deal and to my surprise he got me just below what I was willing to spend on my monthly payments. So far my new Fusion is Avg about 32mpg which is amazing for a car that runs off of 87 pump gas. The transition from trading in my bike to driving off their lot in the car I wanted was unbelievable. Thank You again to everyone over at Ford Of Upland you will come Highly recommend to all my Neighbors, Friends & Family Members.

Bought our car from Ford of Upland with an extended warranty… But I should have read more Unilocal reviews when it was time to get services for anything that may be warranty related because they are a joke, they don’t care about safety and only want to make as much money as they can.
I do not recommend coming here for your service issues, and I will be filing a complaint.

I just love this dealership! My son bought his first new car– a 2016 Escape and I joined him. We had an awesome experience while there. The entire staff were very professional, friendly and helpful! Best of all they beat all the other Prices we got from the other Ford dealers in the area! The managers made the process quick and easy. They gave us a fair price for the trade. I can’t ask for more! Our entire family will now be customers forever!

Hi all its Mazda MIxx had to stop in to see my main man Robert at Upland Ford. Stopped in and the boys Tomas (thank you) and Tim took care of me as always.
Robert over there always makes you feel like family. And the team had great customer service, A great attribute to have for a company.
If you have a car that needs repair this is the place, I just saw a brand new BMW, get back end And corner panel work done, along with the top all redone looked fantastic.
Stop in to see Robert and Tim, and my fella Tomas…

As a new Ford Mustang owner I’ve had no end of issues with my car. I have visited 2 – 3 dealerships in the last 2 months for warranty issues and generally had a poor experience. Ford of Upland changed that.
Kim greeted me at the service lane with a hand shake, completed a walk around of my car and then took me into her office to write the service report. She is friendly, accommodating, polite and knowledgable which is pretty rare at any car dealerships these days.
Unfortunately my tire needed replacing at quite a high cost but Kim was able to price match a lower price for tire and get me a better deal. Though still pretty pricey, I didn’t mind paying it.
I still have a few repairs required on my car and you can bet I will be taking it to Kim at Ford of Upland to do them.

I don’t know why it’s taken me so long to review Ford of Upland. They have been awesome, amazing and wonderful to my family for years. We bought my son a car there a couple of years ago and we got a great deal and it was so easy. It wasn’t like all the other car buying experiences that we have had other places. We still bring the car in for maintenance there. We did have a few issues with the service department, but when we brought it to the manager’s attention it was completely dealt with and the problems were fixed. We have recommended them to lots of people and they have been happy as well.
Ford of Upland also sponsors an event that I am involved with called RC Haunt. It is a fundraiser for Loma Linda Children’s Hospital and Rancho Cucamonga High School. I am very impressed with their generosity.

Robert was a great salesman. Came in just to test drive. He wasn’t too pushy with anything. He let me test drive the ford fusion I originally wanted.
When we finally talked numbers I found out I wasn’t going to be able to afford what I wanted. So he showed me a couple more that I could work with, I immediately fell in love with the 2012 ford escape. Everything I needed and more.
Not only he was great but Anna in financing was amazing too. Called us up the next morning to let us know she talked the finance company to lower my APR. On top of a great car at a great deal, I now have a lifetime power train warranty, 3 years of bumper to bumper warranty and a service package that’s amazing. Will definitely come back when I can afford the fusion.
