Worst service I have ever experienced.
The owner hung up the phone on me 4 – 5 times and once he decided to speak to me, he was unbelievably rude. He rushed our whole conversation (no pun intended) resulting in a late arrival of his repair man that was not able to fix our fork lift and this left us without reassurance that the problem would be resolved.
I am not deliberately trying to jeopardize this business’s reputation but because of my many terrible experiences here, I had to leave this review.
For other viewers and fellow Unilocaler’s please be aware of this establishment; extremely poor customer service, unprofessional work ethics and top ranking of one of the worse places to do business with.

This place is a nightmare! Horrible customer service and an even worse owner. Plain rude and doesn’t know how to treat customers. They promise to send someone out to service forklifts and use excuses as to why no one showed up or show up hours later than promised. Will never return here!

If I could give this establishment 0 Stars I ABSOLUTELY would! The owner Ron is by far the most unprofessional and rude business owner I have ever done business with. He sold my company a forklift that when we went to see it wouldn’t even start– that should have been our red flag. After continuous oil leaks, faulty leaks, and the circuits catching fire– it took countless emails, and phone calls to get someone out here. Not to mention both times that we talked to him to get the forklift serviced he hung up on us. Although we did purchase a used forklift it was nothing but trouble and he refused to fix what was wrong with it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
