I had a great experience, and would definitely recommend this dealership to my family, friends, etc. I went to 2 other dealerships, and I can say the amount of help Rick in sales provided went above and beyond. Rick responded quickly everytime, didn’t try to upsell me, and he provided exactly what I needed with the information I gave him. The sales manager, Bob, was not pushy like the typical sales manager. Finance was a quick in and out thanks to Michele. If it wasn’t for Rick, I would have moved on to looking at Ram trucks.

On March 10^th I was in at 1:30pm, signed and took delivery by 5:00pm. A simple car buying experience. I enjoy the new 2016 Chevrolet Colorado WT with Chevy My Link, 4g LTE, back up rear camera, and most all of the bells and whistles that luxury automobiles have.

Car getting maintenance… Taken in at 9:28, it’s currently 12:10 and they just starting working on it. My «promised» time on my receipt is 12 pm. People that came in after me seem to be getting theirs done first. All I’m getting is an oil change… Looks like I have another hour to wait. Terrible service.

Staff was very nice! Ed is very nice and easy to talk to! I didn’t give top scores all the way because there is always room for improvement. My experience was wonderful though!

I always take my car in for oil changes or any other work my car needs and Mountain View Chevrolet always takes very good care of my car. I always heard it was too expensive to take your car to a dealership for service. Not true!!! They are very reasonable. Thank you Mountain View Chevrolet. They also give you great deals on Cars.

Mountain View’s sales department is one of the best in the area, I cannot say the same about their service department though. On 2÷22÷16 I took in my vehicle (which I had purchased there by the way) for a persistent alignment problem. The car pulled to the right which caused the steering wheel to be off center. This was the second time I brought it in for this same problem. After leaving it there overnight, Service Advisor Ed Johnson called me the next day to tell me he had driven it himself and couldn’t see a problem. I let him know that I drove the vehicle over 60 miles a day and experienced the problem on a daily basis, restating that the steering wheel had to be held slightly to the left for the vehicle to drive somewhat straight. He repeated that he didn’t see a problem, but admitted that the steering wheel «might be off a half a degree to 1 degree» and that was «normal». I asked Ed if they could just redo the alignment and re-​center the steering wheel and he said no. Literally all these guys did was give my car a half-​ass car wash and give it back to me with the same problems.
On 3÷7÷16 I took my car to Mark Christopher Chevy in Ontario to see if they could do anything about the alignment problems. They fixed the problem by making adjustments to the left-​rear wheel and realigning all 4 wheels. It now drives better than when I bought it!
Mountain View’s service team clearly did not work to identify or resolve the problem and instead opted to blow off my concerns. I know now NOT to service my car here and would urge other folks to go elsewhere too.

I had another dealership fix what mountain couldn’t. They noticed that when mountain put a new water pump on my car that they installed it incorrectly and missing parts.
Bad customer service, bad mechanics, and a service manager and gm that don’t care.
You are better off going somewhere else. Don’t take the chance.

Purchased a car from them and it was a disaster.
Firstly, the salesmen kept trying to get me to make a smaller down-​payment telling me it «wouldn’t make a difference» if I put down $ 2000 more.
After that was all said and done, I get in and start driving and notice a large crack in the front windshield. I reversed back in to get an explanation. The salesmen first trying saying that I left the lot and it’s no longer their responsibility. Then after proving him wrong, he tried saying that maybe it was covered by the vehicle sales paper and that it was my fault for not inspecting it properly.
After finally speaking to the manager, I get a revision on my contract to have the windshield repaired at no cost. I thought maybe this would be the end of the mess; nope.
I was told to come back on the weekend (a thirty minute drive from home). I arrived and waited for an hour, and I was finally told that they had forgotten to order the windshield and that I would need to return later in the week. Understanding, since people do make mistakes, I said I would return.
Since it was during the week I had to leave work early. This time I called to verify that everything was good, twice, since my work was over an hour away. I was told to come, so I did. This time when I get there, I was told that they ordered the wrong windshield this time.
At this point I was getting beyond angry and asked for the manager. I told him that I want to be reimbursed for both my gas and time lost at work, he told me he would fill up my tank and detail my car when I come in again for the fix (since I had already filled my tank) and would call me for the next appointment.
I receive a call, maybe ten minutes after I get home, saying that the repairman would come to my house to fix my car the next day. The next day arrives and the repairman went to make the repair without me being home. He replaces the window and then gives me a call telling me that it was the wrong window but «it seems like it works.»
At this point I’m over the hassle and just let it go. This whole process took about 3 weeks, in which time the crack had expanded from the far right side to the center.
To make matters worse, I called to make an address change about a week after purchase. This apparently «didn’t stick» as they sent my registration to the wrong house. This took over two months to fix. Which, when I got the registration in the mail, had a mistype on my last name. I called to ask about this and was told that since it had been over two months in time that I would have to go to the DMV to get this fixed myself.
I will never return to this place for anything. Car is great, but this was probably the worst experience I’ve ever had.
When all was said and done, I got the wrong window after an extremely long wait and had the wrong registration after they made a typo and had to take more time to fit it. Also, since I never went back there for the repair, I was never reimbursed in any manner.

Our family has once again returned to Mountain View Chevrolet. Their customer service & pricing are exceptional. Rick & Tony have exceeded our expectations. No pushy sales tactics or bait & switch games. Just good old fashioned sales & service.

After inquiring about an Internet advertisement on a Chevy Truck with Zack, I came down to the dealership, Zack had customers he was working with, we were introduced to Josh. He honored the Internet deal, and we ended up with the truck as promised. Everyone was pleasant, and helpful. No high pressure salesmanship here. As we were waiting for paperwork to be completed, Josh took the time to show us around the dealership, where the service department and aftermarket sales area. Josh was great answered all of our questions and even explained term that are used in the car industry.
This was the best car buying experience, ever!

Decided to take my Tahoe to the actual dealer for routine service and was pleasantly surprised. I’ve used private mechanics for years after some dealer frustration in other cities, but thought my new-​used Tahoe should get a dealer look for my first maintenance check. Glad I did. Oil change, rotation and wash took about 90 minutes. Efficient, really friendly writer, cashier and some manager named Joe. Really clean facilities. Their space is tiny but they do well nonetheless.

No issues whatsoever. Sal was great, answered all my questions, and gave me a follow-​up call. Super easy experience. Great job by everyone! I love my new Malibu!

Loved being helped by Dorian, he had great customer service and got us into a brand new car we loved. He worked with us and got us a payment we were happy with. We will definitely spread the word and keep coming back

Okay. As a mother, I am always apprehensive about doing errands that will entail a long waiting time due to a very active toodler.
I am very very glad that we boomed our change oil appointment in this branch. From the phone call, we were accommodated immediately to make an appointment. Also upon arrival, the service employee was very pleasant and respectful.
The waiting area is seriously worth mentioning. There are comfortable couches, tv and coffee. It really make waiting time very comfortable.
Points for very clean bathroom with diaper changing area.
Sevice is very efficient and fast. Our car was also washed and cleaned. Yey. One less trip to the carwash. Did not expect that.
Will recommend this to family and friends.

Let me start by saying we have been looking everywhere for a new car! It’s been a two month process and a long one for that matter. Anthony has been with us throughout it all. He called us and told us come and sign I got your car and the price. We came in at 7 o’clock on Halloween and instead of Anthony taking his kids trick-​or-​treating he decided to stay with us get us our car, if that doesn’t show dedication I don’t know what does great job hats off to you Anthony and Bill!

I’ve been going back-​and-​forth with Anthony for over a month thanks to Anthony and Bill we finally found a commercial vehicle all I know is I would give them 10 stars if possible
On Halloween we came in at about 7 PM and we’re out of here by 8 PM we will be referring this place the Chevy dealer to all our friends and family I literally drove an hour and a half to get here and that hour and a half was well worth itthanks again Bill and Anthony for helping us find the perfect man for a business

Mountain view Chevrolet is your typical dealership who will say or «do» anything to try to get you the deal you’re looking for. BUT they will avoid you at all cost when it comes to needing anything after the fact you already bought the vehicle.
My biggest issue with them is the terrible customer service with the service department. I purchased my 2015 Silverado from them last April, and it is barely hitting 7000 mile mark on the odometer, and the A/​C has gone out TWICE. Of course the truck wasn’t made at the dealership but they’re the ones who can go through the proper channels of getting it repaired but they have failed to show any interest in doing so. The first time it went out, I was told they wouldn’t be able to take a look at it for almost 2 weeks. They didn’t even offer a rental or loaner of some sort and this was in the middle of our blazing hot California summer! Luckily I was able to drop it off to Puente Hills Chevrolet and got a loaner the same day at no cost out of my pocket.
Fast forward to last Tuesday 10/​27, my A/​C has gone out AGAIN. I decided to give mountain view Chevrolet the benefit of the doubt and see if they had any available appointments. I was transferred over to the service department and explained to them about the A/​C and was told I would get a call back in the day after «reviewing» their schedule. Never received a call back. I called back on Wednesday at 11:34am (DURING BUSINESS HOURS) and got an automated message… Left a voicemail for a call back but I have yet to hear anything.
I have given up all hope on getting anything from this dealership.

Let me start off by saying this was my VERY FIRST vehicle purchase.
I knew exactly what I wanted and Mountanview Chevrolet had it in stock! I was at the dealership for a total time of 2 hours.
It was the most painless and easy transaction I could’ve ever imagined! DARREN DAVIS is the man! I’m not joking! I purchased my 2015 Chevy Silverado yesterday and I’ve already recommended people to go here! Amazing service and very nice staff. Especially Darren Davis!
