My friend and were looking for a place to have dinner when we were travelling, but found most restaurants were closed on Mondays. Fortunately, this place was open. I had a turkey sandwich with carrot soup and he had the tuna melt with the potato leek soup. The sandwiches and soups were delicious and filling. The couple that run this restaurant are also super friendly. I highly recommend having a bite here if you’re close by.

Great sandwiches, very fresh and the meat and cheese come from a local smokehouse. Very delicious:)

Came for quick lunch and did not expect anything more or less. I ordered a chicken breast panini with avocado and it was surprisingly delicious! Has a grab and go atmosphere so don’t plan on going here if you’re prepared to dine in or stay for long. Coming here for a quick sandwich, I cannot really complain.

Most definitely a hidden gem in Claremont. The storefront for this sandwich shop isn’t pronounced and the restaurant itself is on the small side. Their sandwiches are all made fresh and are excellently crafted of delicious fresh ingredients. The bread is none of that cheap store bought stuff, it’s delicious fresh bakery qualify. This is easily one of the few good lunch spots in Claremont. I highly recommend it.

Apparently most of the lunch places in Claremont are closed on Mondays. Luckily, Farro Deli is there to pick up the slack. We found it by accident while walking around town, and we were glad we did. I can’t speak to the variety of their sandwich offerings as all three of us had the same sandwich, but what we had was great. We’d recommend the #9: Oven-roasted turkey with Swiss cheese, granny smith apple, lettuce & cranberry mayo on 10-grain wheat. Next time we’ll try one of their homemade soups & maybe a salad too.
