Roger’s Handyman Service

Being a landlord with over 13 year experience working with handymen, Roger is the best I’ve ever seen and I’ve worked with some good ones. The other reviews are right on commending Roger. He is indeed very responsible as mentioned, but is also a very creative and capable handyman who has tons of experience, great tools, and is self contained, having done work for me on plumbing projects, finishing off whole house granite projects, as well as painting and drywall. He has a great service where he tiles under the sinks and this is not something I’ve seen other handymen do. He can often fix things and can save you money that way too. We are lucky to have Roger working in our area! Five stars!!!

I normally don’t write reviews, but Rogers’s work definitely deserves one.
I came upon Roger’s services through my tenant and since then, he is the only handyman I use for my rental home.
I’ve dealt with many handymen and since living in the Bay Area, I needed someone I can trust and is reliable and one that will not rip me off. Roger is your guy! He’s honest and will always see if there’s a cheaper alternative or if its worth it to fix or replace. He’s trust worthy and reliable and will deliver and will ensure you are happy with his work, otherwise he will redo. He shows up (that’s important) and he follows through. And often time, if he’s available, he will come out at the same time. Plus, he buys the supplies for you and you reimburse without any mark-​ups! Or will try to pick up the items for you if needed. Gotta love him for that!
I trust his opinions and honesty in his workmanship to the point where I stop asking details and just have him do it. It’s really hard to find a handyman like him. And especially if you’re a female and afraid to be ripped off, he’s just an honest man and will explain if you need to. And his prices are very reasonable!
Our place had some termite issues and I was afraid they were going to purposely find termite issues. Roger agreed to meet with the inspector to see what could be done. And after the inspector left, Roger indicated
I wouldn’t need some of the recommended work. It was definitely appreciated.
I would recommend Roger to anyone who needs a handyman.
