I called Dave for repair of my toilet and other jobs. We made an appointment which he rescheduled 2 times. Today, he stood me up. No call, no return call. Very undependable… so I’ve waited 5 days for him to fixed my toilet and my toilet is still not fixed. There is no excuse for this. I will never use him!!!

Another amazing find on Unilocal.I have many little jobs around my home. But when my toilet started to leak (master bath) and my daughters wardrobe doors were not closing correctly I turned to Unilocal.David returned my call immediately he does 24 hour service and it’s Sunday!!! He showed up on time and got to work straight away. Both were fixed within the hour. I’m so happy with David’s work and prices. I intended to have him back to fix other things in my home. Trust me use david you won’t regret it. A real professional without all the bs. You won’t regret it.
