Worst customer service experience ever. I understand when working in the food industry especially the late shift you want to close as soon as possible but it’s not right having to be rude to customers who comes in late (mind you 30 min. before closing). The girl who was cleaning was very nice as soon as we walked in however the girl named Cristina who made our sandwiches was very rude. She gave us an attitude and yelled back whenever she would ask us about our sandwiches. Out of all the Subways I’ve been to, this place was the worst customer service I’ve ever had. I mean our order was plain simple and easy to make so it shouldn’t have been a big fuss at all and we did our best to get out as soon as possible. So Cristina if you’re reading this or any manager, I hope you guys learn from it and be better at customer service because this is beyond uncalled for and so ridiculous. If I was your manager, I would give you a write up.

Tuna roll-​average. Whole grain bread with veggie ingredients and canned tuna. Better served warm.

I think the only thing that can make a subway location stand out, whether good or bad, is the staff and customer service. If service skills are not there or my sandwich just gets slapped together all sloppy like I would rather save my money and make a sandwich at home. I have always had a decent visit here.

This subway is great! By far the best in south claremont. The entire staff is always prompt and professional and they can clear a line pretty fast. The short blond girl with glasses who helped us was really nice and had a great attitude. She made our sandwiches perfectly. Will come here more often.

Nice staff, fast service, close and convenient! I go here every so often when I need a quick meal and they haven’t failed me yet :) since its a chain, it’s hard to evaluate the quality of the food since every store is preeeeetty much the same… But I like this location because you can get in and out of the store fast!

i usually don’t write reviews for chain restaurants, but this subway deserves a good review.
first off, their bread is really good. you can tell they know how to proof, bake, and store their breads. i used to work at a subway when i was in high school and the bread never turned out how the pictures were. maybe we were just taught wrong, but the bread at this place def. looks like the pictures.
second, their not stingy with their veggies and condiments. that’s a BIG BIG plus! i hate going to a subway and when you ask for more of something they give you one or two pieces. this place packs your sandwiches to the point where it’s sort of hard to eat the sandwich. some might like it and others might not. personally, i like it. i feel like i’m getting my moneys worth.
the place is very clean and everything looks very fresh.
why not ⁵⁄₅ stars? i docked one point because they lack in the customer service department. when you walk in they just stare at you. some will ask what you would like to order and some will just put their gloves on and just stare at you.
regardless, i keep coming back here because of the food. :)

This Subway restaurant is located in the shopping center near the auto mart. The staff is relatively efficient although there often seems to be staffing challenges when it comes to peak times.
The restaurant itself is clean and the displays are normally neat and tidy. Unfortunately, I’ve seen a couple of the female employees touch their hair and then handle things, which definitely raises the yuck factor (thinking of a short, young gal with long dark hair in particular). In addition, the male workers seem to be more engaged at this location than females who will often play on their phones rather than greet customers who come in.
All in all it’s a low key location and pleasant place to stop for a quick lunch or dinner on the go.

I also like this location better in comparison to the other Subway on Indian Hill and Arrow. Thank you Subway on 422 Auto Center Drive in Claremont.

I like this location more than the one on Indian hill and arrow. The staff is super nice.
