While the store is absolutely beautiful, the workers are definitely not. Been there a few times and the first few times I interacted with Mary Kay and she’s absolutely wonderful! Incredibly helpful and just plain nice. I never caught the names of the other workers but they were pretty nasty. A customer left the store and I could hear them whispering awful things about her! While I was there they seemed pretty decent(not very professionally dressed but hey, that’s their call) but I know that as soon as I left they were going to say something rude. I will definitely only be going back when I know Mary Kay is in! As for the actually clothes, they were pricey but hey, its a boutique for a reason. Some were very cute and definitely tempting while others were… not. Some of the stuff was very tacky and they don’t seem to carry very many sizes overall. But hey, what I find tacky, others might love.

Don’t miss their annual yard sale! I could not believe the great deals on sweaters, jeans and clothes that do well for both business and casual They have the best selection of Brighton I have seen in town and they did me a huge favor by registering my leather bag w Brighton for future needs which I wish I would have done for past Brighton items. check out their Brighton ring selection. I love wearing my Brighton ring that I purchased for around 29 dollars.

This is my favorite store! To add to the comments prior, yes, they have some great flowing clothing to keep you cool during summer, or if you have some things to hide but I found nice fitted clothing as well and affordable. High end usually means fitted and more cost, but this place is totally worth it and not as high as others. I bought a thin jean jacket that I can wear as a shirt or place a top underneath and it fits. I always get compliments and I feel great when I wear it. Yes I could have bought 2 – 3 shirts at Ann Taylor for the price but those clothes don’t last, everyone else is wearing the same thing and they are not fitted. Theses do. The girls there are smart buyers and they helped me select two pieces of clothing that I can layer or belt so I can wear my two favorite items in my closet a lot. The best investment I have made in years when it comes to clothing and everyone thinks I have great style. Love Chama. Oh and they are dog friendly too!

I love the Chama. I used to live in southern California; and every time I go back, I must visit the store. I enjoy the cheerful and lively people there. I also enjoy the pleasant atmosphere that encourages one to browse and look around until that certain treasure is found. I have been shopping there since the ’80’s and still have beautiful jewelry and clothing that are unique and special to me. Maria M

I am reviewing the Chama mostly because no one has reviewed it. Please don’t laugh at me. I know I’m about half the age of the targeted demographic. You know those women who wear a lot of loose sort of clothing that is either trying to conceal something or is just a solution to laziness? This is a good place for them to shop, particularly if they don’t mind spending a bit more for higher quality. The store is light and airy and bright white, located centrally in the Claremont village(across from Rhino). It has a large allotment of airy fairy flowy blowy billowy clothing for all of your pillowy or willowy needs. They also tend to carry all of the chunky hunky jewelry that goes along with the billowy clothing, so one’s outfit will not go unaccessorized. If you have any of those sorts of needs, the Chama is your store!
