I had 4 garments cleaned at this place for a total of $ 43.50 which I thought was rather steep. A mid-length off-white wool coat was $ 15.50, about standard The coat still had spots from a coffee spill(that had been treated with Oxi-Clean). It also still had dark marks on the color(from makeup for a photoshops) and they were darker than before! A dress was $ 12.75, that was nice and clean, all deodorant residue gone. A white skirt was $ 7.50. I had spilled red wine on it, treated it with stain remover and brought it to the cleaner the next day-there is still light brown spots upon close inspection. A light gray blazer was 7.75. The only reason I brought this blazer in was because it was getting dirty around the collar from sweat and such. The marks are still there and the outside of the collar now looks worn, like it was scrubbed. In my experiences, most places will leave you a note describing what they could not get out, offer a discount etc. I was handed these and was unaware that my garments really weren’t clean until I arrived home.

I just picked up our dry cleaning and since it’s freezing out today I opted to use their«drive through» window. While I was waiting for the lady to bring out the clothes I moved my truck up so that she could easily hang them in the back for me. Unfortunately when she came to the truck she started handing them to me through my drivers window! I said«don’t you hang them in the back?» She said«No I don’t usually do that» and she proceeded to shove the clothes through my window. Now maybe it’s just me but what exactly is the purpose of the drive through window? I have been to another cleaners in Clarence and they also have a drive through in which they open the back door and hang your clothes on the hook for you. The other cleaner in Clarence also offers coupons so I think I need to give them all of our business.
