I love coffee and have gone everywhere in the Williamsville/Clarence area. This specific Tim Hortons has the most friendly staff. The drive thru girls are so nice and personable. The morning rush can sometimes be a little slow but that’s how it is at any drive thru before work. Great job everyone @Tim Hortons Main St. Clarence!

Main & Sheridan location in Clarence. If they give you congealed milk, then their name should be Bin Hortons because you’re just going to bin it. If you go late at night when the lovely lady is there, it’s a 5⁄5. If you go during the day and get certain employees or certain managers, you will get congealed milk, cold coffee, and a huge fight if you try and take something back or exchange it. So it balances out to a 3/5, but it really should be a 1⁄5 for the horrible service during the daytime sometime. Below is the review that initially got it lowered to a 1. I have to update this review… because even though the loveliest lady in the world works here, they consistently get the orders wrong(when she’s not here), they use soured spoiled cream and milk(which makes the coffee taste disgusting and makes me throw up) often, and if you should come in and complain about it, good luck to you. Talk about confrontational and defensive and aggressive. So they go down to 1 star. I have a good friend who works here, and she is absolutely lovely. They’re a pretty friendly store, access can be a bit annoying at such an unusual and busy intersection, but that’s life. I love the creamy milky 4&4. Very nice. I don’t recommend anything other than their coffees and maybe their crullers though. This is my old review — A Canadian legend. Their hot chocolate is not great, their iced cap is good, coffee lovers adore their coffee, and their donuts are bad. Their sandwiches are terrible and overpriced. I’d give them a 2⁄5 for the food, or a 1⁄5 for the fact that they put all the locals out of business. But since one of the nicest people I know works here, I will give this one a 3, which is the most that any chain will ever get from me. All in all they score a 3. The standard of their output doesn’t vary too much from store to store, and in some areas they seem to be on every other street corner!

It’s good for what it is: a 24-hour location of a Canadian-owned doughnut and coffee chain(named for a deceased Hall of Fame hockey great who fatally crashed his De Tomaso Pantera returning to Buffalo from Toronto on the Queen Elizabeth Way while loaded on vodka and painkillers after having played through the pain of a jaw injury suffered in practice the day prior) that serves up some weak but addictive coffee and adequate maple-dipped doughnuts. Oddly enough, their version of doughnut holes are called«TimBits,» which is rather macabre considering how Tim met his end.
