My wife and have been coming here for years, however after eating here yesterday for dinner, we both felt very sick with an upset stomach. We both shared the Mozzarella sticks as an appetizer. I had a well done burger and she had a bbq chicken sandwich. We are very hesitant about ever coming here again. Although service was great, the quality of food seemed to be spoiled.

Older and smaller but terrific. Food was good and service was great. Very attentive and the manager frequently walked around checking things. My server was outrageous. Funny enough a cpl behind us placed a very specific ice cream order and when our server didn’t write it the down the gentleman asked if she could remember all that… she said no problem. Repeated back no issue and got the order 100% right. Would 100% recommend going to this location…

We use to loved coming here a while back. The waitresses were friendlier and service was much better. I do still come for the ice cream in the summer because it’s a great price and it gets us out the house for a while. It’s also close to Barnes and nobles and target which we love to stroll through.

What a treat, to some times smell the roses! This place is a blast from the past. A place for kids and family, very sweet atmosphere, Pam (if that’s her real name) was friendly and efficient. We were pleasantly surprised.

Bad service… i arrived at about 2:30 this afternoon, after having to fix our drink order and getting our food (which had a wait) i asked my server for a box at around 3:45…i ordered ice cream and waited 20 minutes without receiving it, as i was waiting (just for ice cream) i watched 3 tables walk in and get ice cream while i was will waiting… i most likely will never return to this location… oh and i got my box at 4:20 when i started to lose my cool

My husband, Mom and myself went to Friendly’s for dinner Thursday Nite. Everything was great from out server Robert, who was wonderful, friendly, attentive, came back to make sure everything was good, refilled soda, and gave service with a smile. The food was fresh and hot and tasty. We of course had desert which was wonderful. We had the two meals for twenty which came with desert and my mom had a senior meal which came with desert and all with free beverages. The total was $ 26.00 for everything! I had a $ 5.00 coupon which I found on line. You can’ t find that kind of deal anywere and friendly service and good food! Go for it!

Dined in at friendly tonight and had a great experience. My server was Chris, tall skinny guy with a cool haircut. He brought all of our food out quickly and made sure to address our beverages when they were empty. My wife and I had the two for twenty dollar meal. We both chose the bbq chicken and bacon super melt, with mozzarella sticks as the appetizer. The food was good and the service was great and the bill was under $ 25. Can’t beat that.

We’re always served lightning-​quick at this place, but we don’t go on weekends (I hate crowds of kids). If you order by phone, it’s ready for pick up in 5 minutes. I’ve been going to this location for over 17 years now, and the prices soared and they lowered the quality of the food about 5 or so years ago. It started with the onion rings becoming gross and sort of moved from there.
The sundaes cost twice as much as previously, and they switched to these ugly glasses that look more full and hold less ice cream. Friendly’s used to be cute but now they’re just kind of sad and overpriced and about a half notch better than microwave food. I order by phone about once or twice a year, just to check if they fixed it again. I had my first ever ice cream at Friendly’s, so I try to hold faith that they’ll stop being garbage and go back to good!
Also, the new whipped cream is strange and does funny things to my stomach.

Friendly’s has good, reliable food at reasonable prices. The service and cleanliness of most of their restaurants are generally lacking, however this location is usually okay. It’s never fast, but it’s not unbearable. I don’t come here often, but sometimes you’re just craving it. The appetizers are yummy — mini mozzarella sticks, fronions, cheese quesadillas. I always get grilled cheese and fries. Their desserts are decadent. I love the Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup sundae and strawberry Fribbles. Yum.
