I give this low rating because for two days in a row, I got a large coffee cup that leaked from the bottom. Sorry, but I’m not going to risk piping hot coffee spilling out on me, my clothes and my car. I reported it to the drive through employee and when I got to my job, my cup was leaking yet again. I’m done with that location.

VERRUDE!!! Sign said 24 hrs. We waited for about 10 minutes in the drive thru. Watched someone get served then they never came back to the drive thru to take our order. Finally saw 2 employees after 5 minutes. One was a manager. Waved that they were closed but didn’t come talk to us. All we wanted was icecream. Another person came looking for food, said they always do this. Will never come to this mcdonalds again.

Employees just dont give a f@ck about you! Haha. Need to pee real bad, tried to purchase iced coffee or tea so we can use the bathroom as a sign of courtesy to the store, completely got ignored by the lady in front, she then walked away, then the manager came in and stared at me then walked away haha. We went ahead and used the restroom, and just walk away, save a few $. Thanks!

Awful experience. Especially in the morning. Once it was closed(its a 24 hour). It looks like they will hire anybody to run this place and it shows. Another morning, I was told rudely the credit card machine was down. Just avoid McDonalds altogether. The service sucks and the food sucks too.

Truly deplorable dining experience. I approached the counter and many employees absolutely ignored me, engrossed in reading some letter instead of serving customers. Aghast, I asked if I could order. The employee was startled, apologized, and took my order. Wrong. She got my order wrong and I had to spend more Christmas money than I initially intended to spend. I was absolutely mortified at this oversight. Also, it took an extraordinary amount of time for my food to arrive into a bag for me to consume. Customers that ordered after me got their food before me. Unbelievable! Next, what is the deal with these tacky Christmas decorations? What about that, Clark McDonald’s, explain yourselves! Let’s also try not to forget other religions next time. I read the reviews before coming. I wanted to believe they were all a fluke and that really, at the end of the day, this place must be a fine establishment to sink my teeth into a fat greasy hash brown at 10PM. I really wanted to have faith in this McDonald’s. But it let me down. This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever experienced. Thanks, Clark McDonald’s.

This has to by far be the worst Mickey D’s around, never seen so many mistakes, constantly forgets to give you things, the other day, I ordered 1 happy meal, so I see the bill and I say you charged me for 2, the girl in charge says«Well, I can give you 3 sandwiches to make up difference», NO, just want my money back, why would I want me more food. That was just pure laziness, nine the less I was refunded, get all the way home, they forgot the apple juice for the happy meal. I would like to say I would never go again, but it’s too close to home. 1 month later, once again entire order is wrong, place is outright horrible with getting the order right, I understand it’s not an easy job, but WTF pay attention to the order ticket

You better check how much you are paying at this McDonalds, they advertise one price then charge a different one. I brought this to the cashier’s attention, her answer was she’s not the owner nor the person who sets the prices… what an answer!!, I guess a McEmployee answer. After speaking to the MOD she issued a refund.

Bad. Ordered a meal with sweet tea. They gave me a small cup of sweet tea 20oz instead of usual 32oz and told me that the big cup cost me 50 cents more. Attitude is bad either. This McDonald is not a happy place. Go else where.

I wish I could give this negative 5 stars. I understand going around closing time really isn’t a great idea but this was the worst drive-thru service I’ve ever experienced and the owner of this restaurant should seriously consider training their staff to be courteous to the last customer. DONOT eat here.

This is the worst mcdonalds in the area. The food is always stale. Do yourself a favor and go to the one in Garwood. They serve fresh food at that location.
