If I could give this place negative 5 stars I would. Without going into too much detail the Customer Service with this location and Sleepy’s as a whole is ATROCIOUS. I first reviewed this location as a 5 but after them getting our delivery date wrong and delivering us the completely wrong mattress I am recanting everything. The Store Manager Jason needs to go back to Customer Service training because he falls extremely short. In fact I never even received as much as a Simple«I’m Sorry» for either issue. It was always an excuse. The only way my situation with this crappy company was rectified was by finding the President of Sleepys email address and explaining him my issue. After 3 separate delivery times of 4 hours — the first one not delivering our mattress at all, then second delivering the wrong mattress, and the third one delivering the initial mattress we ordered a full 6 days later. I will never order or recommend this company to a single person. Their corporate office acted like they were«doing me a favor» after getting my correct mattress finally delivered. With some research I have done it seems situations like this happen alot with this company — may even refer to it as a «Bait and Switch». I hate giving a bad review to a company but the fact this corporate company is still in business is mind boggling.

We went to a couple of Sleepy’s before we went here. I think this has been one of the best shopping experiences for us. We met Jason who is very knowledgeable about mattresses. He understood what we were looking for. He won’t try to sell you«any» mattress. After our mattress got delivered, we found out that it was the wrong one, Jason went an extra mile to fix the issue for us. The correct mattress was delivered soon and we never had to call the customer service either, everything was taken care by Jason. I will be sending people to this Sleepy’s to buy a mattress. Thanks Jason!
