I wish that I could have given this place a better review however, this is my third time dinning here. The first two times were mediocre, but I felt it was still worth going to until today. The greeter seemed less than welcoming, not rude but not inviting so again, mediocre. We were sat in a packed restaurant and had not been visited by a server for 25 minutes. It took over an hour to get any food whatsoever. Our server took notice and offered some fries to which we asked for a salad as well. That was a good gesture at least. Our food came out about an hour and a half after sitting. Four pizzas, two exactly the same, one over cooked, one totally undercooked. We had only eaten a couple slices and asked for the check and boxes. The check was dropped off but not picked up for 10 minutes. There was no management visable. At one point there was not a single server on the floor for five minutes. This was by far the worst dinning experience I have ever had and will not only never go to the Copper Pot again but will actively advise other to avoid this place which seems to be a service failure from the top down.

Pizza was good. Salad was good. Hostess was nice and even stopped back after we were seated to make sure a server had stopped at the table. The server was good to start with as far as beer information and other info. We ordered our pizza and the waiter brought my beer. but then we never saw him again until i had to walk inside from the patio to find him to bring a box and the bill. A different person brought the food out. So I would say the service was not so good mostly because of the server.

We found ourselves here for Sunday brunch after hiking nearby.(Do go hike the trails nearby.). The staff was friendly and the restrooms were clean. But the service and food were«meh.» Maybe we should have gotten the pizza — which is what I think they are known for. I had quiche, which was tasty but small. Was disappointed after asking directly if the breakfast potatoes were prepared sautéed with onions and peppers. I was told they were, but what I received were deep fried potatoes… sans veggies. The kids got spaghetti and meatballs. $ 17 for spaghetti and meatballs…$ 17! Ok so once you get past that sticker shock… it tasted ok. Not likely that we will return. But hey, we were just passing thru.

A friend of ours who stays nearby took us for dinner here. So didn’t read reviews before going in. I loved the place. The staff was courteous, and friendly. They helped us decide with very good and accurate descriptions for some of the options. The food itself was really really delicious! For the portions the prices seemed alright. However, the portions were HUGE! So order accordingly. That’s the only complaint I’ll have, that to order adequate amount of food, you’ll need to only order half the entrées as the number of people and so you won’t be able sample variety of dishes(or you’ll need to prepared for taking a lot of it in ToGo boxes.

First time here and I am very impressed. We’ve been trying out different places around this area and this place has a great menu with in season ingredients and traditional choices as well. The salad was fresh, great in season veggies, in house dressings, and two of the best pizzas we have had in a long time. One pizza was traditional and the other a buffalo chicken. Today was a BOGO pizza so we got both large for under $ 20. If you want cheap ingredient pizza, you will NOT get it here. Everything about this pizza was fresh and yum. This is an oasis in the middle of nowhere, a restaurant in a quaint small town. I hope to come back soon, just wish we lived closer because this would be my place to unwind and enjoy a wonderful meal every week. The owner and staff are very attentive and service oriented, Paul was our waiter and was professional and attentive, not fake. We ate outside on the patio. This is certainly not a fast food restaurant, no short cuts here. We got our food in a good time, didn’t have to wait long, Our new favorite place in Clarkesville!

This place is just a little off of the downtown drag. It has adequate parking and an unassuming outside presence. Staff was friendly and courteous. It can seat large or small groups as needed. The restaurant has a good vibe and is comfortable. The service was good, but time from order to table was slow, so not good for the working crowd. The menu is a little trendy, so don’t expect your average pizza here. I found the food to be OK at best, but not a place I would come back to nor recommend to anyone(even though I did get dragged back a second time only for the same experience yet again). Expect to spend too much also. Keep looking… there is better than this.

This place is a hidden gem in the middle of a supremely odd and quirky town. I was starving and wanted FOOD! Not a run of the mill burger or chicken fingers. This place delivered with a killer Greek salad and a Cuban that was baller at minimum. Great find, super nice staff and a modern, but not pretentious atmosphere. Come here. You’ll love something on the menu!

Consistently great food! This is a great casual place to socialize and kickback. The weekend specials are always creative and worth trying. The pizza is all house made and made to be well done in a brick oven — which is the way pizza is supposed to be!

The smell of fresh baked pizza hits you when you walk in. And the pizza was good but the crust could use some flavor. Our waiter’s name was Paul and he had NO personality! Lastly the food was a bit pricy. $ 8 for a half Greek salad seems a bit extreme. Overall, a nice meal out but $ 50 for a pizza and two salads.. .. We’ll probably wait a while before we come back.

This place was good, huge portions. Worth the price! Just wish that I could have eaten off of the 5-close part of the menu since the menu was a little small

Overall experience was great. I read several reviews that said the service wasn’t great however, our waitress was really attentive and was helpful when we asked her about menu suggestions, etc. The food came out quick and was really good. I would definitely eat here again when we are up fishing on the Sogue River and I would recommend it to others. We ate here at the recommendation of our fishing guide and I have to say, he was spot on. The lemon bar for desert is a MUST! It was a huge portion and absolutely delicious with the vanilla gelato! I had the margarita pizza and the other two in my party had the fancy pants pizza and Ceasar salads. All was good!

Man I really loved this place! I had heard about it forever and finally met some friends here. Pizza was amazing! Definitely the best in the area. We got a meat lovers and it was soooo dang good. And they have beer. Oh yeah! Great selection of bottles and some drafts. Service was great. Décor was cool and relaxed. I can’t wait to come back!!!

Great pizza and nice atmosphere. The outdoor area is a nice option for dining when the weather allows. Trivia night is fun as well as open mic night. Friendly and knowledgeable staff too.

My fiancé and I go here every Sunday for their BOGO pizza. They have large or personal pizzas, in house or to go. They are delicious and are almost always a win!

I love their wings, especially the dry rub light on the seasoning. My only gripe is the $ 12 house salad, which amounts to leftover pizza toppings and lettuce. Come on now, if your salad is the same price as a pizza, something needs to change. Otherwise this place is great.

The pizza was OK. The staff was kind and attentive but the waiter didn’t know the difference of black olives from Greek olives. The quality of food is not worth the wait. If you go, plan to have a few beers while you wait for mediocre food.

The food is consistently good here, but as other reviewers have noted; the staff is less than stellar. We went today with the usual after church crowd and there seemed to be only one waitress for the whole restaurant with some help from street-clothed bus staff. The bus staff dropped off our food, onions when we said«no onions», salad forgotten; the waitress only stopped back to drop off the check & refill a drink. We were dining with my sister who was picking up her portion of the tip in cash. The waitress picked up our credit card slipped, slammed it on a nearby table, and announced to one of the bus staff that the tip was not even 10% and we didn’t deserve her awesome service right in front of us. My sister promptly picked up her cash. Too bad, she would have had 18% for her so-so service is she could have practiced a little professional decorum.

Came here on a Saturday afternoon while on vacation with husband. My husband loves beers on tap but he didn’t know the ones they had and the waitress graciously offered him free samples so he could choose which one he wanted. He got the Sam Adams and loved it. Now I hate beers but love a good cider and she recommended a mckenzies black cherry cider and it was AWESOME! The dry rubbed wings were so flavorful and the wings were a good size. We split the Cesar salad which was crisp and yummy. The dressing was homemade and yummy but a bit too fish-tasting for me… still edible though. My husband is a simple man and got a personal pepperoni and cheese pizza which was an excellent choice. The service was fast, friendly without being overbearing. I thoroughly enjoyed my lunch and will come back on our next vacation!

Let me start by saying that the pizza was delicious! However, Unilocal is about rating the whole experience, and unfortunately the service was not great. If I were only rating the pizza, I’d give it 4 or 5 stars. It was a Friday night and plenty of tables available, but we had a 20 minute wait… we think it was a shortage of servers or chefs, but we’re not sure. The service was mediocre at best… She didn’t come around to refill our drinks at all, she only brought 3 plates for a table with 4 people, she brought the checks out and started bussing the tables way too early and she tried to take my plate while I was still eating, and the food took a while to come out. I would go back, because there aren’t too many choices out there, but maybe I should’ve just taken it to go.
