We used to order pizza at least twice a week, but the pizza seemed to get smaller and smaller. Also, the staff is incredibly rude when ordering on the phone. I actually feel as though I’m bothering them every time I place an order. I always enjoyed the pizza, as it is the best NY style in the area. It’s unfortunate thst they are owned by Parmigianos now because their closing time is very early! I called at 8:10 to place a delivery order and was told that the delivery person was sent home for the night. Then was told«well we close at 8:30 anyway. so…» so… I felt that I was being discouraged from ordering at all, even for pick up. There seemed to be no hesitation from the person on the phone to avoid taking my order. I allowed approximately 30 seconds of dead air before replying that I guess I won’t be placing an order and received an «ok, goodnight.» Not impressed at all. In fact, completely turned off by the whole experience.. Seems as though the negativity of the staff transfered to the new ownership. We ordered from Rosarios instead, who were courteous and accommodating! And the pizza was terrific as well adequately sized for a large round pie! Thick and Thin/Parmigianos just lost a very loyal customer…

They used to be the best pizza in the Scranton metro area until they were bought by parmigianos. Now their pizza is awful and they don’t even deliver after 8:30. Extremely rude on the phone. I will never order from them again.

The problem here is not the food, it is pretty standard pizza fare with some great sounding menu items that are really glorified strombolis. No the real problem is how an employee then a manager or owner argued with me on the phone over whether or not what I ordered was on the menu. I was about to give up, thinking maybe I was wrong and I called the wrong place until, after 20 minutes, someone discovered what I wanted to order was on the menu. In the end it was not worth the frustration.

Stopped in to eat — strictly a pick up or delivery with limited drinks — so was a bit disappointed that there was no eat in option. Nevertheless the pizza we ordered — a classic white — was outstanding. And fairly reasonably priced. This place is relatively new and had pretty good business. If you are in the area, you might consider giving it a try.

We called-in an order«to go.» The person who answered the phone seemed fairly polite and took our order. When we pulled into the parking lot, the delivery boy for Thick N Thin pulled in at the same time. He promptly parked in the«handicapped» space and sauntered inside. When I went in to grab our order, I informed the girl at the counter that the delivery person was taking-up a «handicapped» space that someone may need. She literally giggled and said, «I’ll tell him to move it.» She then proceeded to chat with the cook, check out our order, and then stare at us. Clearly, she had no intention of telling this person to move the vehicle. Not only was she rude, but clearly this entire business lacks common courtesy/common sense(the cook clearly heard our conversation and also did nothing). After, we waited in the car for a few minutes to see if anyone was going to free this space(in front of the strip of stores). It never happened. I guess they don’t get many delivery orders. We left and actually hoped that the pizza would not be good … we didn’t want to EVER be tempted to give them our business again. Well, no need to worry. The«garlic bread» is actually pizza crust with garlic and cheese(see picture). It was dry and bizarrely redundant with the pizza. And, the pizza itself was a mass of greasiness. As a result of the juvenile, inconsiderate behavior and the unappetizing food, we will never return.

This place is for delivery or carry out only. They don’t have a seating area for dining in. We tried it today for the first time. We took advantage of the lunch special, and got two medium pies: One with onion and one with black olive. Not a bad slice. Tastes like the cheese is a blend that might include cheddar, and it’s pretty good. The sauce and crust are both ok, too. It has a bit of a doughy bite under the sauce that definitely reminds me of some other pizza from the area, but I can’t put a finger on it. I’m thinking(the long gone) Jim’s in Factoryville, but I can’t say for sure. Both pies that we ordered had plenty of topping, too. My wife said that she prefers this to Dino & Francesco’s just up the road. I think I like Dino’s better, but it’s close. The fact that T&T offers delivery and has a $ 5 pizza special at lunch time is a big plus. We’ll try the Old Forge style next time around.

Great pizza and wings. Never had anything else there, but we order from Thick N Thin probably once a week. It is our go-to pizza place. We had to look for a while after moving to this area to find a pizza place we both enjoyed. Also at my office, we order the $ 5 pizzas for events all the time — they come fast, hot and delicious. Always a hit with everyone around. I would definitely recommend it!

Tried the NY style thin– crust Pizza. It was delicious with a thin crispy crust. And I’m a ny raised pizza snob. Lol I will go back again and try some more. Give it a try.
