This place is perfect for gifts! Got this for my boyfriend’s parents and they loved it! Try the«Herbes de Provence» infused olive oil and pair it with the traditional balsamic.

We’re supposed to believe this place is artisanal– I’m a chef in NYC. My family has gifted me with many of these… they are not artisan. This is a bottled bulk bought product not made in Clarks Summit– the flavors of the oils are found in stores all around the country for example Hudson Valley Olive Oil carries the exact same product and the exact same flavors. Check out their website I think they might be cheaper. Sucks that a CIA trained guy couldn’t figure out how to do this himself. Novelty product at best. I don’t understand why restaurants in town don’t just order from the California distributor directly. Maybe you should start bottling ketchup into an expensive bottle and sell it for $ 20. Just don’t forget to put Heinz distributors on the back label.

A hidden gem just next to the PA State Store… You will buy 5 or 6 bottles! Enjoy! Espresso Balsamic. Omg. Chipotle Olive Oil. Wow.

I love this store. I was never much into higher end olive oils and didn’t know much about them, but after a few trips here and re-tasting some of my supermarket galloon jugs I can’t believe the crap that I had been using. I like how it’s setup where all the oils are the same price. You just pick a size and get any oil you want. They are reasonably priced and the middle size is a good deal. When you walk in the walls are lined with jugs of olive oil and little placards explaining some of the properties. The owner Eugene is also a chef and will talk to you at length about the differences as you sample as many as you’d like. They’ve had a couple events with cooking, wine, tastings, etc… the one that I went to was great and the second one was too crowded for my taste, but I’m glad it went well. You pick your oil, they seal it up for you, slap a label on and your good to go. They also have a bunch of balsamic, both white and dark, and some flavor infusions(garlic, strawberry, etc). I would recommend also purchasing one of their little stopper things(I think it’s like $ 2) and it pours great. It seems tough to support a business selling only oil and vinegar in Clarks Summit, but I hope they succeed. I think they should stock more speciality items, they definitely have the space for it. They have a few cool things and I really enjoyed this truffle oil salt I got last time, but I would buy more if there was more.
