This place is next door to the restaurant I work at, so my coworkers and I are frequent regulars.
The grill is cheap, quick, and dependable. I usually go for an egg an bacon sandwich between hour 5 and 6 of a double shift. Friendly staff, good prices.

My husband and I live right around the corner from this deli and tell everyone about it! We tend to order the steak and cheese sub, the egg or chicken salad sandwiches, their breakfast platters and sometimes tuna sandwiches. Overall the food is great, the people are nice and it’s a little convenient store easy for us to walk to when we need quick supplies, beer, or want to buy lotto tickets.

An acquaintance of the bf’s raves about the steak and cheese subs so he suggested we stop in on our way to Damascus. A sign on the counter said the «Today’s Special» was the steak and cheese with fries for $ 8.79. I think that’s a little higher than average for a lunch special but whatever.
The meal was fine. It was certainly filling and the portions were large but the sub didn’t live up to the hype. The steak and cheese was essentially greaseless which isn’t necessarily a good thing in terms of taste but on the bright side I didn’t get heartburn.
The carryout area looked a little dingy. It was walking the thin line between old and dirty. Btw, there’s no indoor seating but in warm weather the picnic tables out back look like a nice place to eat.
